Promotion Overview

This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Samsung Online Store Promotion. Participation signifies acceptance of these terms.

Promoter: Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited, 94 Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. Administration is handled at this location or other notified offices.

Promotional Period:

• Start time and date: 2:00pm on 22nd July 2025
• End time and date: 2:00pm on 24th July 2025

Promotion Details:

Purchase(s) of Participating Product(s) by an Eligible Person during the Promotional Period from the Promoter's Eligible Online Store qualify for selected Bonus(es). Participating Products and Bonus(es) are available while stocks last.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other existing offers, discounts, or vouchers unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.

Eligible Online Store: samsung.com/nz/ (“e-Store”)

Eligible Person:

• New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
• Must comply with these terms and conditions.
• Must be eligible to access and participate in the Promoter's Eligible Online Store.
• Parent or guardian consent may be required for individuals under 18 years old.
• Purchases for commercial purposes, trade, or on behalf of a company/business/organisation are excluded.

Participating Product(s): As detailed in Appendix 1.

Bonus(es): Corresponding to each Participating Product as set out in Appendix 1. Bonus(es) may include a chance to enter a draw.

Further Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

• These terms and conditions are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and do not affect statutory rights.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion for reasons including fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control, subject to regulatory directions. Notification of changes will be provided on the Eligible Online Store.

2. Purchases and Bonus(es)

• Purchases must be made with New Zealand details, a valid New Zealand payment method, and a New Zealand delivery address.
• Eligible Persons must provide necessary information (e.g., valid email, phone number) to qualify for Bonus(es).
• If a Bonus is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.
• Bonus(es) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Bonus(es) may be subject to additional terms:
  • Voucher Code: Must be redeemed at the time of purchase on the Eligible Online Store.
  • Trade-in Boost: Requires trading in an eligible device according to the Samsung Instant Trade-In Program terms. Specific payment methods may be excluded.
  • Draw: Bonus(es) may include entry into a draw. Draw terms and conditions will be specified. Winners will be notified within 5 working days after the Promotional Period. Unclaimed prizes may result in a redraw.

3. Fulfilment of Participating Product and Refund

• Participating Products and Bonus(es) will be fulfilled as per normal lead times, subject to stock availability.
• If a Participating Product is returned or refunded, the Bonus(es) (or its value) must also be returned. The purchaser is liable for all costs associated with non-return of Bonus(es).

4. Verification of Eligibility and Decision of Promoter

• The Promoter may verify eligibility and compliance with terms and conditions.
• The Promoter can disqualify participants who do not comply with the terms or tamper with the Promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the cost of any Bonus(es) if a participant is found to be in breach of the terms.
• Decisions made by the Promoter are final.

5. Liability and Responsibility

• The Promoter is not liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in communications, or for theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to communications.
• The Promoter is not liable for any tax liability incurred by participants. Independent tax and financial advice is recommended.
• The Promoter excludes all liability for personal injury or loss/damage (including loss of opportunity) arising from the Promotion, including issues related to technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference.
• The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected communications, variations in promotion value, tax liabilities, or participation in the Promotion due to reasons beyond its reasonable control.

6. Privacy

• Personal information is collected for Promotion conduct, including sending messages and telephoning claimants.
• Information may be disclosed to third parties (agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers) and regulatory authorities as required. Providing information is conditional for claim validity.
• Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, unless required by law. It will be destroyed or erased when no longer needed.
• All claims become the property of the Promoter.
• Claimants have the right to access and correct their personal information.
