Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Read this manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below, before installing and using this appliance for the first time.

Safety regulations

· This appliance is intended for commercial use.

· Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was designed for as described in this

manual.

· The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and

improper use.

· Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and other liquids. In the event

the appliance falls into water, immediately remove the power plug from the socket. Do

not use the appliance until it has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow

these instructions will cause life threatening risks.

· Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance by yourself.

· Do not insert objects into the housing of the appliance.

· Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.

· Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself, repairs

are only to be conducted by qualified personnel.

· Never use a damaged appliance! When it's damaged, disconnect the appliance from the

socket and contact the retailer.

· Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.

· Never hold the appliance under running water.

· Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. When damaged it must be

replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger or injury.

· Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away

from open fire. Never pull the power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the

plug instead.

· Make sure that the power cord and/or extension cord do not cause a trip hazard.

· Never leave the appliance unattended during use.

· Warning! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power

source.

· Turn off the appliance before unplugging it from the socket.

· Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical socket so that in case of emergency

the appliance can be unplugged immediately.

· Never carry the appliance by the cord.

· Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied together with the appliance.

· Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned

on the appliance label.

· Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do

so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original

parts and accessories.

· This appliance should not be operated by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons that have a lack of experience and knowledge.
· This appliance should, under any circumstances, not be used by children. · Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children. · WARNING: ALWAYS switch off the appliance and unplug from power socket before
cleaning, maintenance or storage.

Special Safety Regulations

· Do not place this appliance near to other hot appliances (e.g. gas, electric appliance,

oven, hot plate, etc). Keep the appliance away from the hot surfaces and open flames.

Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean surface.

· Never pour hot water into water reservoir.

· Danger of burns! The 2 warming plates become very hot during use. Hold the glass

decanter using its handle only.

· Caution! Allow the appliance to cool down completely in a location out of reach of the

children or persons with limited mental abilities before cleaning.

· Ensure that the lid of the water reservoir always keep closed during operation.

· Fill the water reservoir only with fresh, cold water. Do not pour hot water or coffee into

the water reservoir. There will have some steam comes out when open the lid of water

reservoir.

· This appliance is not intended for heating with other liquid than water. · Never operate the appliance without water in the water reservoir. Make sure the water

reservoir fill with water before plug into socket.

· Do not move the appliance while it contains hot liquid or while it is under operation.

· Never pour more than one decanter of water into the reservoir.

Intended use · This appliance is intended for professional use. · The appliance is designed only for brewing coffee
and maintain the serving temperature. Not suitable for chocolate or milk or other liquids. Any other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.

· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

This appliance is fitted with a power cord that has a grounding wire and grounded plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before first use Remarks: With two glass decanter of 1,8 litre & 25 coffee filters included. 1. Check to make sure that all parts are undam-
aged. In case of any damage, contact your supplier immediately and do NOT use the appliance. 2. Remove all the packing materials and protective film (if applicable). Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in the future. 3. Place the coffee machine on a stable flat surface. 4. Put the filter in the holder. 5. Open the lid of the water reservoir. Fill the coffee pot with cold water and pour it in the water reservoir. Then, close the lid. Wait 1 minute for the water to force the air out of the appliance. 6. Place the empty glass decanter on the lower warming plate. 7. Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical power outlet. 8. Press the On/OFF button once to switch ON the appliance and RED indicator lights up to indicate that the boiling process has started. 9. HOT WATER will soon start dripping into the pot. 10. When all of the water has passed through the
machine, red indicator light will switch off.

11. Press the On/OFF button to switch off the ap-

pliance.

12. Repeat steps 7 to 11 a few times to clean the

appliance thoroughly before making coffee for

the first time.

13. It is normal for steam to escape during this pro-

cess and for the dripping water to make gur-

gling sounds.

14. Let the appliance cool down for several min-

utes.

15. Remove the glass decanter from the warming

plate. Hold it only using the handle. Danger of

burns!

16. Discard the water from the first few boiling cy-

cles to remove any residues from the manufac-

turing process.

17. Clean the appliance afterwards,

Note:

1. Never pour hot water in the water reservoir.

2. Due to the manufacturing process, the appli-

ance may emit some odor when switched on

first time. this is normal and does not indicate

any defect or hazard.

Brewing coffee Note: To brew coffee with this appliance, a coffee filter is required. Coffee filters Ø 25cm (x25, supplied). Do not use this appliance without coffee filter in place. To make coffee follow these steps: 1. Put the coffee filter (supplied) inside the filter
pan. Add the desired amount of ground coffee, depending on your taste. The recommended amount is 75-90 gm per pot of water (1.6-1.8 litre). 2. Place the filter pan in the holder. 3. Fill the coffee pot (glass decanter, vacuum pot or thermos depending on model type) with the desired amount of water and pour it in the water reservoir. Then, close the lid of the water reservoir. 4. Place the empty glass decanter on the lower warming plate. 5. Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical power outlet. 6. Press the On/OFF button once to switch ON the appliance and RED indicator lights up to indicate that the brewing process has started. EN 7. After some time coffee will start to drip into the coffee pot. 8. When all of the water has passed through the machine, red indicator light will switch off. 9. In order to keep warming of the glass decanter, the appliance must remain switch ON.

10. When served, remove the glass decanter from the warming plate and pour the coffee carefully to ensure that hot coffee is not spilled. Hold the handle of the glass decanter only. Danger of burns!
11. It takes about 5 to 6 minutes to brew one glass decanter of coffee.
12. There is another warming plate at the top. You can put the ready glass decanter on it & press keep warming button to operate & keep it warm. So that you can brew another glass decanter of coffee at the same time using the lower warming plate.
13. The appliance has an overflow tube to allow extra water in the reservoir to escape, but since the coffee pot can hold only 1.8 litres of water we recommend that you never fill the reservoir with more than 1.8 litres of water.
14. Some water will always be left in the machine and in the tubes. If you do not use or move the appliance for a long time, it is best to empty the appliance and clean it before storing it.
15. If you have emptied the appliance (as recommended in no. 10 above), before using it again you should repeat steps 1-7 of Preparing the appliance for use.
16. If you haven't used the appliance for a short time, rinse it out with clean water before use.

Do not forget to turn the appliance off after use.

Cleaning and maintenance Cleaning Important! Before cleaning, make sure to disconnect the appliance form the electrical power outlet and let it cool down completely. It is important to clean the appliance and parts after using. The best way to clean grime or deposits

from the appliance, filter pan, pot or water tubes is with a soft, wet cloth and a mild cleaner if necessary (never use a product that is corrosive or abrasive).

Descaling Note: Descale the coffee machine regularly. The intervals depend mainly on frequency of use & the quality of the water. After some time limestone deposits will build up on the heating element. To keep the appliance in optimum condition and to ensure that your coffee retains its delicious flavour, we recommend that you de-scale the appliance on a regular basis. · To de-scale use a de-scaling agent that is suit-
able for coffee makers. You can also use pure lemon juice, citric acid or cleaning vinegar as a de-scaling agent. To ensure the proper mixture, read the instructions supplied with the agent. For pure lemon juice or cleaning vinegar the general mixture applies of 1/3 cleaning vinegar or lemon juice to 2/3 water. · Place the filter pan in the holder. · Place an empty coffee pot under the filter pan.

· Pour the water with the solution in the water reservoir.
· Turn the power switch ON. · The water that is still in the appliance will now
pass through it. As soon as the solution begins to flow through the appliance, turn it off. · Wait 5-6 minutes to give the solution time to break down the calcium in the appliance. Turn the appliance on again so the solution (now containing the calcium deposits) can pass through it. · When all of the solution has passed through the appliance, turn the appliance off and throw the solution away. · Pour clean water in the water reservoir and allow it to flow through the appliance (see steps 1 to 7 of Preparing the appliance for use) until the smell EN and taste of the solution are completely gone. · The appliance can now be used again.

Regular maintenance For the best coffee result and the extension of the life span of the coffee maker, is it better to avoid the red light on the front from lighting up (this means de-scaling needs to be done). You should use (just as with de-scaling) a de-scaling agent for coffee makers or pure lemon juice, citric acid or cleaning vinegar. To ensure the proper mixture, read the instructions supplied with the agent. For pure lemon juice or cleaning vinegar the general mixture applies of 1/3 cleaning vinegar or lemon juice to 2/3 water.

· Place an empty coffee pot under the filter pan. · Pour the water with the solution in the water res-
ervoir. · Turn the power switch ON. · When all of the solution has passed through the
appliance, turn the appliance off and throw the solution away. · Pour clean water in the water reservoir and allow it to flow through the appliance (see steps 1 to 7 of Preparing the appliance for use) until the smell and taste of the solution are completely gone. · The appliance can now be used again.

Note: Warranty is void if failure to de-scale regularly leads to reduced functioning or failure of the appliance.

Vor dem Reinigen muss man das Gerät erst abkühlen lassen, und zwar an einem Ort, wo Kinder und geistig behinderte Personen keinen Zutritt haben. · Denken Sie daran, dass der Deckel des Wasserbehälters während des Funktionsbetriebes des Gerätes immer geschlossen ist. · Der Wasserbehälter ist nur mit frischem und sauberen Wasser zu füllen. Gießen Sie in den Behälter weder heißes Wasser noch Kaffee. Nach dem Öffnen des Deckels vom Wasserbehälter kann Dampf entweichen. · Das Gerät ist nicht zum Erhitzen von anderen Flüssigkeiten als Wasser bestimmt. · Das Gerät darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn der Wasserbehälter leer ist. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Wasserbehälter mit Wasser gefüllt ist, bevor Sie das Gerät mit der Steckdose verbinden. · Das Gerät darf man während seines Betriebes oder wenn sich in ihm eine heiße Flüssigkeit befindet, nicht herumtragen. · In den Behälter darf man nicht mehr Wasser als den Inhalt der Glaskanne gießen.

Verwendungszweck des Gerätes · Das Gerät ist für den professionellen Einsatz ge-
eignet. · Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Kochen des
Kaffees bzw. dass er in der zum Trinken entsprechenden Temperatur gehalten wird. Das Gerät funktioniert entsprechend wie beim Erhitzen von Milch, Trinkschokolade und anderen Getränken. Die Verwendung des Gerätes für andere Zwecke

kann zu seiner Beschädigung sowie zu Körperverletzungen führen. · Jede andere Verwendung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Benutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die unsachgemäße Nutzung des Gerätes.

Erdungsinstallation Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss mit einer Schutzerde verbunden werden. Die Erdung reduziert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags, indem ein Fluchtkabel für den elektrischen Strom bereitgestellt wird. Dieses Gerät ist

mit einem Netzkabel mit einem Erdungskabel und einem geerdeten Stecker ausgestattet. Der Stecker muss in eine Steckdose gesteckt werden, die ordnungsgemäß installiert und geerdet ist.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch: Bemerkungen: Der Liefersatz enthält zwei Glaskanne mit einem Volumen von 1,8 Liter und 25 Kaffeefilter. 1. Es ist zu prüfen, ob kein Teil beschädigt wurde.
Wenn Beschädigungen bemerkt werden, muss man sich sofort mit dem Lieferanten in Verbindung setzen und das Gerät NICHT in Betrieb nehmen. 2. Verpackung und Schutzfolie (wenn vorhanden) entfernen. Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf, wenn Sie Ihr Gerät in Zukunft lagern wollen. 3. Die Kaffeemaschine auf eine stabile und flache Fläche stellen. 4. Den Filterbehälter in die entsprechende Halterung legen. 5. Den Deckel des Wasserbehälters öffnen. Füllen Sie die Kaffeekanne mit kaltem Wasser und gießen Sie das Wasser in den Behälter. Deckel schließen. Jetzt muss man 1 Minute abwarten, bis das Wasser die Luft aus dem Gerät drückt. 6. Die leere Glaskanne auf die untere Aufwärmplatte stellen. 7. Den Stecker an die entsprechende ElektrosteckDE dose anschließen. 8. Drücken Sie 1 Mal Taste EIN/ AUS, um das Gerät einzuschalten es erleuchtet eine rote Diode, die über den Beginn des Kochprozesses informiert. 9. In die Kanne beginnt HEISSES WASSER zu fließen. 10. Wann immer die gesamte Wassermenge die
Maschine durchströmt hat, wird die rote Kontrollleuchte erlöschen.

11. Durch Drücken der Taste EIN/ AUS wird das Gerät ausgeschaltet.
12. Die Tätigkeiten aus den Schritten 7-11 sind mehrfach zu wiederholen, um das Gerät vor dem erstmaligen Kaffeekochen genau zu reinigen.
13. Eine typische Erscheinungsform ist die Tatsache, dass während der Durchführung der obigen Tätigkeiten Dampf entweicht und gurgelnde Töne entstehen, die vom tropfenden Wasser herrühren.
14. Belassen Sie das Gerät für einigen Minuten zum Abkühlen.
15. Nehmen Sie die Glaskanne von der Aufwärmplatte, wobei die Kanne am Handgriff zu halten ist. Verbrennungsgefahr!
16. Das Wasser von den ersten Kochzyklen ist auszugießen, um sämtliche Rückstände aus dem Produktionsprozess zu beseitigen.
17. Danach ist das Gerät gründlich zu reinigen. Hinweis: 1. Es darf kein heißes Wasser in den Wasserbe-
hälter gegossen werden. 2. In Anbetracht des Produktionsprozesses kann
das Gerät, das zum ersten Mal in Betrieb genommen wird, einen unangenehmen Geruch ausscheiden. Das ist allerdings normal und zeugt weder von irgendwelchen Mängeln noch stellt das eine Gefahr dar.

Kaffeekochen Hinweis: Zum Kaffeekochen mit diesem Gerät muss man einen Kaffeefilter verwenden. Die Kaffeefilter haben einen Durchmesser von 25 cm (x25, angeliefert zusammen mit dem Gerät). Verwenden Sie kein Gerät ohne Filter. Zwecks Vorbereitung des Kaffees muss man folgende Tätigkeiten ausführen: 1. Filter (im Liefersatz) in das Behältnis für den
Filter einsetzen. Die vom Bedarf abhängige und erforderliche Menge gemahlenen Kaffee einschütten. Die empfohlene Menge beträgt 75-90 g für eine Wasserkanne (1,6-1,8 Liter). 2. Den Filterbehälter in die Halterung einlegen. 3. Die erforderliche Menge an Wasser in die Kaffeekanne gießen (Glaskanne, Vakuum- oder Thermoskanne in Abhängigkeit vom Modell) und anschließend in den Wasserbehälter gießen. Danach ist der Deckel des Wasserbehälters zu schließen. 4. Stellen Sie die leere Glaskanne auf die untere Aufwärmplatte. 5. Schließen Sie jetzt den Stecker an die entsprechende Elektrosteckdose an. 6. Gleichzeitig drückt man 1 Mal die Taste EIN/ AUS, um das Gerät einzuschalten es erleuchtet eine ROTE Diode, die informiert, dass der Prozess des Kaffeekochens begonnen hat. 7. Nach einer bestimmten Zeit beginnt der Kaffee in die Kaffeekanne zu fließen. 8. Wann immer die gesamte Wassermenge die Maschine durchströmt hat, wird die rote Kontrollleuchte erlöschen. 9. Damit die Kanne mit dem Kaffee erwärmt bleibt, ist es notwendig, dass das Gerät eingeschaltet ist. 10. Danach nimmt man die Kanne von der Auf-
wärmplatte und vergießt vorsichtig den heißen Kaffee und achtet darauf, dass der Kaffee nicht verschüttet wird. Die Kaffeekanne ist immer am Handgriff zu halten. Es besteht die Verbrennungsgefahr!

11. Das Kaffeekochen für eine Kanne dauert ungefähr 5-6 Minuten.
12. Im oberen Teil des Gerätes befindet sich die zweite Aufwärmplatte. Die Kanne mit dem gekochten Kaffee kann man auf der oberen Platte abstellen. Zur Inbetriebnahme des Kaffeeerwärmens, muss man die Aufwärmtaste drücken. In dieser Zeit kann man eine weitere Kaffeekanne kochen, indem man sie auf der unteren Aufwärmplatte abstellt.
13. Das Gerät ist mit einem Rohr ausgerüstet, das den Wasserüberschuss in einen Behälter ableitet; jedoch auf Grund der Tatsache, dass die Kaffeekanne nur ein Volumen von 1,8 Liter hat, wird empfohlen, dass man keine größere Wassermenge in den Behälter gießt als 1,8 Liter.
14. Eine bestimmte Wassermenge bleibt im Gerät und in den Ableitungsrohren. Wenn das Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht genutzt wird, muss man vor dem Aufbewahren das Wasser entleeren und die Kaffeemaschine reinigen.
15. Nach dem Entfernen des Wassers aus dem DE Gerät (entsprechend den Empfehlungen im obigen Punkt 10) sind vor dem erneuten Gebrauch die in den Punkten 1-7 beschriebenen Tätigkeiten betreffs der Vorbereitung des Gerätes für den Gebrauch auszuführen.
16. Wenn das Gerät über einen kurzen Zeitraum nicht genutzt wurde, ist es vor dem erneuten Gebrauch mit sauberem Wasser durchzuspülen.

Denken Sie daran, das Gerät nach jedem Gebrauch immer auszuschalten.

Reinigung und Wartung Reinigung Wichtige Informationen: Vor der Reinigung ist das Gerät von der Stromversorgungsquelle zu trennen und bis zum völligen Abkühlen abzustellen. Die Reinigung des Gerätes sowie seiner einzelnen Teile nach der Nutzung ist unbedingt wichtig. Die beste Methode zum Reinigen der Verschmutzun-

gen oder Ablagerungen des Gerätes, des Filterbehälters, der Kanne oder der Wasseranschlüsse, ist das Waschen mit einem weichen und feuchten Tuch, das im Bedarfsfall in einem milden Reinigungsmittel (verwenden Sie keine ätzenden oder Abriebmittel) angefeuchtet ist.

Entkalken Hinweis: Die Kaffeemaschine muss man regelmäßig entkalken. Die Abstände zwischen den Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Entkalken hängen hauptsächlich von der Häufigkeit der Benutzung des Gerätes und der Wasserqualität ab. Nach einem bestimmten Nutzungszeitraum wird sich auf dem Heizelement ein Kalksteinbelag ansammeln. Um die Kaffeemaschine in einem guten Zustand sowie einen unverändert guten Kaffeegeschmack zu erhalten, empfehlen wir das regelmäßige Entkalken des Gerätes. · Zum Entkalken ist ein Entkalkungsmittel zu ver-
wenden, das auch in den Kaffeemaschinen zum Einsatz kommt. Als Entkalkungsmittel kann man DE auch reinen Zitronensaft, Zitronensäure oder Essig benutzen. Zwecks Vorbereitung des Präparats mit den entsprechenden Anteilen muss man die Anleitung, die mit dem Mittel geliefert wird, genau durchlesen. Bei reinem Zitronensaft oder Essig ist ein Gemisch Essig-Wasser oder Zitronensaft-Wasser im Verhältnis 1:3 zu erstellen. · Den Filterbehälter in die Halterung einsetzen. · Stellen Sie die leere Kanne unter den Behälter mit dem Filter. · Die Reinigungslösung ist in den Wasserbehälter zu gießen.

· Das Gerät einschalten. · Aus der Kaffeemaschine fließt das Wasser, das
in der Mitte verblieben war. Wenn die Reinigungslösung durch das Gerät zu fließen beginnt, muss man die Kaffeemaschine auszuschalten. · Warten Sie 5-6 Minuten ab, bis die Lösung den Kalkstein aufgelöst hat. Dann schaltet man das Gerät erneut ein, um so die Reinigungslösung aus dem Gerät zu entfernen (die den schon aufgelösten Kalkstein enthält). · Wenn die gesamte Lösung ausgeflossen ist, wird das Gerät ausgeschaltet und das Reinigungspräparat ausgegossen. · Jetzt gießt man sauberes Wasser in den Behälter und wartet ab, bis es durch das Gerät fließt (Siehe auch die in den Schritten 1-7 beschriebenen Tätigkeiten betreffs der Vorbereitung des Gerätes für den Gebrauch) und zwar bis zu dem Moment, wenn kein Geruch und der Geschmack der Reinigungslösung mehr spürbar sind. · Die Kaffeemaschine ist für den erneuten Gebrauch betriebsbereit.

Regelmäßige Wartung Für den besten Kaffee und die Verlängerung der Lebensdauer des Gerätes ist es besser, das leuchten von dem roten Licht (darauf hinweist dass entkalkt werden muss) auf der Vorderseite zu vermeiden. Sie verwenden, genauso sowie bei der Entkalkung, ein Entkalker für Kaffee oder Zitronensäure, Zitronensaft oder Reinigungsessig. Für den richtigen Proportionen, folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf der Verpackung. Für Zitronensaft und Reinigungsessig gilt dass das Verhältnis in der Regel 1/3 Zitronensaft oder Reinigungsessig und 2/3 Wasser ist. · Den Filter in den Behälter schieben.

· Unterhalb des Filters eine leere Kanne abstellen. · Die Lösung in den Wassertank ausgießen. · Den Ein-/Ausschalter auf ,,ON" schalten. · Das Gerät ausschalten, wenn die gesamte Lö-
sung durchgelaufen ist und die Lösung entsorgen. · Den Wassertank mit sauberem Wasser füllen und durchlaufen lassen (siehe Schritt 1 bis 8 in Kapitel ,,Inbetriebnahme"), bis der Ruch und Geschmack nicht mehr vorliegen. · Das Gerät ist nun wieder betriebsbereit.

Beoogd gebruik · Het apparaat is bestemd voor professioneel ge-
bruik. · Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd voor het zet-
ten van koffie en het handhaven van de serveertemperatuur. Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor gebruik met melk of chocolademelk of andere vloeistoffen. Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of lichamelijk letsel.

· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is volledig aansprakelijk voor alle risico's die voortvloeien uit verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat.

Aarding installatie Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet op een beschermende grond worden aangesloten. Aarding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door een ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom aan te bieden. Dit ap-

paraat is uitgerust met een netsnoer met een aardingsdraad en geaarde stekker. De stekker moet worden aangesloten op een stopcontact dat correct is geïnstalleerd en geaard.

Voorbereidingen voor eerste gebruik Opmerkingen: Inclusief twee glazen kan van 1,8 liter & 25 koffiefilters. 1. Controleer of alle onderdelen onbeschadigd zijn.
In geval van schade, neem direct contact op met uw leverancier en gebruik het apparaat NIET. 2. Verwijder alle verpakkingsmaterialen en het beschermende folie (indien van toepassing). Bewaar de verpakking als u uw apparaat in de toekomst wilt opbergen. 3. Plaats het koffiezetapparaat op een stabiele, vlakke ondergrond. 4. Plaats de filter in de houder. 5. Open het deksel van het waterreservoir. Vul de koffiekan met koud water en giet het water in het waterreservoir. Sluit daarna het deksel. Wacht 1 minuut, zodat het water de lucht uit het apparaat kan persen. 6. Plaats de lege glazen kan op de onderste verwarmingsplaat. 7. Steek de stekker in een geschikt stopcontact. 8. Druk één keer op AAN/UIT-knop om het apparaat AAN te zetten, het RODE lampje licht op om aan te geven dat het kookproces is gestart.

9. Na enige tijd zal er HEET WATER in de koffiepot beginnen te druppen.
10. Wanneer al het water door het apparaat is gelopen, dan zal het rode indicatielampje uitschakelen.
11. Druk op AAN/UIT-knop om het apparaat uit te schakelen.
12. Herhaal de stappen 7 tot 11 een aantal keren om het apparaat grondig te reinigen voordat u voor het eerst koffie zet.
13. Het is normaal dat er tijdens dit proces stoom vrijkomt en dat het doorlopende water borrelende geluiden maakt.
14. Laat het apparaat een paar minuten afkoelen. 15. Verwijder de glazen kan van de verwarmingsp-
laat. Houd de kan alleen vast bij het handvat. Gevaar voor brandwonden! 16. Giet het water van de eerste paar kookcycli weg om eventuele resten van het fabricageproces te verwijderen. 17. Reinig het apparaat daarna,

keer wordt ingeschakeld. Dit is normaal en duidt niet op defecten of gevaren.

Koffie zetten Opmerking: Om koffie te zetten met dit apparaat, is een koffiefilter vereist. koffiefilters Ø 25cm (x25, meegeleverd). Gebruik dit apparaat niet als het koffiefilter niet op zijn plaats zit. Volg de volgende stappen om koffie te zetten: 1. Plaats de koffiefilter (meegeleverd) in de filter-
pan. Voeg de gewenste hoeveelheid gemalen koffie toe, afhankelijk van uw smaak. De aanbevolen hoeveelheid is 75-90 g per zetbeurt (1,6-1,8 liter). 2. Plaats de filterpan in de houder. 3. Vul de koffiekan (glas, vacuüm of thermos, afhankelijk van model) met de gewenste hoeveelheid water en giet het water in het waterreservoir. Sluit daarna het deksel van het waterreservoir. 4. Plaats de lege kan op de onderste verwarmingsplaat. 5. Steek de stekker in een geschikt stopcontact. NL 6. Druk één keer op AAN/UIT-knop om het apparaat in te schakelen, het RODE lampje licht op om aan te geven dat het koffiezetproces is gestart. 7. Na enige tijd begint er koffie in de kan te druppelen. 8. Wanneer al het water door het apparaat is gelopen, dan zal het rode indicatielampje uitschakelen. 9. Het apparaat moet ingeschakeld blijven om ervoor te zorgen dat de glazen kan wordt warmgehouden. 10. Als u de koffie wilt serveren, verwijder de gla-
zen kan dan van de verwarmingsplaat en giet de koffie voorzichtig uit de kan om te voorkomen dat er hete koffie wordt gemorst. Houd de glazen kan alleen vast bij het handvat. Gevaar van brandwonden!

11. Het duurt ongeveer 5 tot 6 minuten om een kan koffie te zetten.
12. Er zit ook een verwarmingsplaat op de bovenkant van het apparaat. U kunt een kan koffie op deze verwarmingsplaat zetten & op de warmhoudknop drukken om deze plaat te gebruiken en de koffie warm te houden. De onderste verwarmingsplaat kan nu tegelijkertijd worden gebruikt om een nieuwe kan koffie te zetten.
13. Het apparaat beschikt over een overlooppijpje waardoor overtollig water uit het reservoir kan wegstromen. Daar de koffiekan maximaal 1,8 liter water kan bevatten, raden we u aan nooit meer dan 1,8 liter water in het reservoir te doen.
14. Er zal normaal gesproken altijd wat water achterblijven in het apparaat en de leidingen. Als u het apparaat lange tijd niet gebruikt, wordt aanbevolen het apparaat te legen en te reinigen voordat u het opbergt.
15. Als u het apparaat heeft geleegd (zoals aanbevolen bij stap 10 hierboven), moet u de stappen 1-7 van "Voorbereidingen voor eerste gebruik" herhalen voordat u het apparaat weer in gebruik neemt.
16. Als u het apparaat voor een korte periode niet heeft gebruikt, spoel het dan voor gebruik door met schoon water.

Vergeet niet het apparaat na gebruik uit te schakelen.

Reinigen en onderhoud Reinigen Belangrijk! Zorg er vóór het reinigen voor dat de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact is gehaald en dat het apparaat volledig is afgekoeld. Het is belangrijk om het apparaat en de onderdelen na gebruik te reinigen. De beste manier om vuil of

aanslag op het apparaat, de filterpan of de leidingen te reinigen is met een zachte, vochtige doek eventueel met schoonmaakmiddel (gebruik nooit bijtende of schurende producten).

Ontkalken Opmerking: Ontkalk het koffiezetapparaat regelmatig. Wat een geschikt interval is, is vooral afhankelijk van de frequentie van gebruik & de kwaliteit van het water. Na verloop van tijd zal zich op het verwarmingselement kalkaanslag vormen. Préparation du café Attention : Afin de préparer le café en utilisant l'appareil, il est nécessaire d'utiliser le filtre à café. Les filtres à café d'un diamètre de 25 cm (x25, fournis avec l'appareil). N'utilisez pas l'appareil sans le filtre. Pour préparer le café procédez comme suit : 1. Placez le filtre (fourni) dans un récipient de filtre.
Versez une quantité désirée de café moulu, selon les besoins. La quantité recommandée est de 75 à 90 g pour un pot d'eau (1,6 à 1,8 litre). 2. Insérez le récipient à filtre dans le support de filtre. 3. Versez la quantité nécessaire d'eau dans le pot à café (pot en verre, à vide ou thermos selon le modèle) et verser dans le réservoir d'eau. Ensuite fermez le couvercle du réservoir d'eau. 4. Placez le pot vide sur la plaque chauffante inFR férieure. 5. Branchez la fiche à une prise électrique appropriée. 6. Appuyez sur le bouton bouton ON/OFF pour mettre l'appareil en marche le voyant ROUGE s'allume informant que le processus de préparation du café a commencé. 7. Après un certain temps le café commence à couler dans le pot de café. 8. Lorsque toute l'eau est passée dans la machine, le témoin lumineux rouge s'éteindra. 9. Pour que le pot de café soit chauffé, il est nécessaire de laisser l'appareil allumé. 10. Ensuite retirez le pot de la plaque chauffante et
verser du café chaud en faisant attention à ne pas en renverser. Transportez le pot en tenant la poignée. Risque de brûlures !

11. La préparation d'un pot de café prend env. 5 6 minutes.
12. Dans la partie supérieure de l'appareil il y a la deuxième plaque chauffante. Il est possible de placer le pot de café préparé sur une plaque supérieur. Pour commencer le chauffage du café appuyez sur le bouton de chauffage. Dans le même temps il est possible de préparer un autre pot de café en le plaçant sur la plaque chauffante inférieure.
13. L'appareil est équipé d'un tuyau de vidange de l'excès de l'eau dans le réservoir, cependant puisque le pot de café a une capacité de 1,8 litres nous recommandons de ne pas verser dans le réservoir plus de 1,8 litres d'eau.
14. Une certaine quantité d'eau reste dans l'appareil et dans les tuyaux de vidange. Si l'appareil n'est pas utilisé pendant une longue période, il est recommandé de vider l'eau et nettoyer l'appareil avant de le ranger.
15. Après l'élimination de l'eau de l'appareil (conformément au point 10 ci-dessus) avant de le réutiliser exécutez les activités décrites dans les points 1-7 sur la préparation de l'appareil pour une utilisation.
16. Si l'appareil n'a pas été utilisé pendant une courte période, rincez-le à l'eau propre avant de l'utiliser.

Rappelez-vous d'éteindre l'appareil après l'utilisation.

Nettoyage et entretien Nettoyage Informations importantes : Avant le nettoyage débranchez l'appareil de l'alimentation électrique et laissez-le refroidir complètement. Le nettoyage de l'appareil et de ses parties après l'utilisation est particulièrement important. La meilleure façon de nettoyer la saleté et les sédi-

ments de l'appareil, du récipient de filtre, du pot et des connexions d'eau est de les laver avec un chiffon doux et humide, si nécessaire, trempé dans un détergent doux (n'utilisez pas les substances abrasives ou corrosives).

Détartrage Remarque : La machine à café doit être régulièrement détartrée. Les périodes de détartrage dépendent principalement de la fréquence de l'utilisation de l'appareil et de la qualité de l'eau. Après une certaine période de l'utilisation sur l'élément chauffant un sédiment calcaire sera accumulé. Pour maintenir l'appareil en bon état et pour assurer le goût de café parfaite, nous recommandons de détartrer régulièrement l'appareil. · Utilisez l'agent de détartrage approprié pour une
utilisation dans les machines à café. Vous pouvez également utiliser le jus de citron pur, l'acide citrique ou le vinaigre. Pour préparer le produit dans les bonnes proportions, lisez les instructions fournies avec l'agent. Pour utiliser le jus de citron ou le vinaigre, préparer un mélange de vinaigre et de l'eau ou un mélange du jus de citron et de l'eau dans une proportion de 1 : 3. · Insérez le récipient à filtre dans le support de filtre. · Placez le pot vide sous le récipient à filtre.

· Verser une solution de nettoyage dans le réservoir d'eau.
· Démarrez l'appareil. · L'eau qui est restée à l'intérieur va couler de
l'appareil. Lorsque la solution de nettoyage va commencer à circuler dans l'appareil éteignez l'appareil. · Attendre 5-6 minutes jusqu'à ce que la solution dissolve les sédiments. stesso, si consiglia di realizzare la decalcificazione

regolare dell'apparecchio.

che utilizzare come agente decalcificante il succo

puro di limone, acido citrico o aceto. Per prepa-

rare il prodotto nelle giuste proporzioni, si con-

limone-acqua in proporzioni di 1:3.

Dup aceasta închidei capacul rezervorului de ap. 4. Aezai carafa goal din sticl pe placa de înclzire inferioar. 5. Introducei techerul într-o priz electric adecvat. 6. Apsai butonul PORNIT/OPRIT o dat pentru a porni aparatul; indicatorul rou se va aprinde indicând c procesul de preparare a pornit. 7. Dup un timp cafeaua va începe s picure în vas. RO 8. Atunci când toat apa a trecut prin main, indicatorul luminos rou se va stinge. 9. Pentru a menine cad carafa din sticl aparatul trebuie s rmân pornit. 10. În momentul în care servii cafeaua luai carafa
de pe placa de înclzire i turnai cafeaua cu atenie, s nu se verse. inei carafa doar de mâner. Pericol de arsuri!

11. Pregtirea unei carafe de cafea dureaz între 5 i 6 minute.
12. În partea de sus se afl o alt plac de înclzire. Putei pune carafa de sticl pe aceasta i s apsai butonul pentru a o menine cald. În felul acesta putei prepara simultan o alt caraf de cafea cu ajutorul plcii de înclzire inferioare.
13. Aparatul are o conduct de preaplin care permite excesului de ap din rezervor s ias; totui, având în vedere c rezervorul de ap are capacitatea de 1,8 litri recomandm s nu punei niciodat în rezervor mai mult de 1,8 litri de ap.
14. În main i în conducte poate întotdeauna s mai rmân nite ap. Dac nu folosii sau nu deplasai aparatul o perioad mai lung de timp cel mai bine este s golii aparatul i s îl curai înainte de a-l depozita.
15. Dac ai golit aparatul (conform recomandrii de la nr. 10 de mai sus), înainte de a-l repune în funciune trebuie s repetai paii 1-7 de mai sus Pregtirea aparatului pentru utilizare.
16. Dac nu ai folosit aparatul o perioad mai scurt de timp, cltii-l cu ap curat înainte de refolosire.

Nu uitai s oprii aparatul dup utilizare.

Curare i întreinere Curare Important! Deconectai aparatul de la priz i lsai-l s se rceasc complet înainte de a-l cura. Este important ca aparatul i piesele acestuia s fie curate dup utilizare. Cea mai bun metod

de a cura murdria i depunerile de pe aparat, tava pentru filtru, vas sau conductele de ap este cu o cârp moale i umed i cu un detergent slab, dac este necesar (nu folosii niciodat ageni de curare corozivi sau abrazivi).

Curarea depunerilor de calcar Not: Curai regulat depunerile de calcar de pe maina de cafea. Intervalele de curare depind de frecvena de utilizare i de calitatea apei. Dup un timp depunerile de calcar se vor acumula pe înclzitor. Pentru a menine aparatul în stare optim i pentru a asigura aroma delicioas a cafelei, v recomandm s curai regulat depunerile de calcar. · Pentru curare folosii un agent adecvat
mainilor de pregtit cafea. Putei turna i suc de lmâie, acid citric sau oet de curat pentru a înltura depunerile. Pentru a asigura un amestec corect citii instruciunile care însoesc agentul de curat. În cazul în care se folosete suc de lmâie sau oet de curat pur, raportul general de amestec este de 1/3 oet sau suc de lmâie la 2/3 ap. · Punei tava filtrului în suport.

· Punei sub tava pentru filtru un vas de cafea gol. · Punei apa cu soluia de curat sub tava pentru
filtru. · Pornii aparatul. · Apa care a mai rmas în aparat va trece acum
prin el. De îndat ce soluia va începe s curg prin aparat, acesta trebuie oprit. · Ateptai 5-6 minute pentru ca soluia s dizolve calciul din aparat. Pornii din nou aparatul astfel ca soluia (care acum conine i depunerile de calciu) s treac prin el. · Dup ce toat soluia a trecut prin aparat oprii aparatul i aruncai soluia. · Turnai ap curat în rezervor i lsai-o s treac prin aparat (vezi paii 1 pân la 7 din Pregtirea aparatului pentru utilizare), pân când mirosul i RO gustul soluiei au disprut cu totul. · Aparatul poate fi acum folosit din nou.

Întreinerea obinuit Pentru cele mai bune rezultate i pentru prelungirea ciclului de via a unui filtru, cel mai bine este s se evite ca lumina roie de pe aparat s se aprind (asta înseamn c trebuie efectuat curarea). Trebuie s folosii (la fel ca i în cazul currii depunerilor) un agent anti-calcar special pentru filtru de cafea sau zeam de lmâie, acid citric sau oet. Pentru a asigura concentraia corect, citii instruciunile furnizate de agent. Pentru zeama de lmâie sau oetul se va folosi 1/3 de msur de oet sau zeam de lmâie i 2/3 msuri de ap.

· Aezai un vas gol sub filtru. · Turnai apa cu soluie în rezervorul pentru ap. · Pornii aparatul. · Când toat apa a trecut prin aparat, oprii-l i
aruncai soluia. · Turnai ap curat în rezervorul cu ap i per-
mitei-i s circule prin aparat (consultai paii 1 -7 de la Pregtirea aparatului pentru utilizare ) pân ce mirosul i gustul dispar în totalitate. · Acum aparatul poate fi folosit din nou.

Observaii: Garania devine nul în cazul defeciunii regulate care duce la reducerea vieii i disfuncionalitatea aparatului.

Garanie Orice defeciune care afecteaz funcionarea aparatului aprut la mai puin de un an de la cumprarea acestuia va fi remediat prin reparaie sau înlocuire gratuit, cu condiia ca aparatul s fi fost folosit i întreinut conform instruciunilor nu s nu fi fost bruscat sau folosit necorespunztor în vreun fel. Drepturile dumneavoastr legale nu sunt afec-

tate. Dac aparatul este în garanie, menionai când i de unde a fost cumprat i includei dovada cumprrii (de ex. chitana).
Conform politicii noastre de dezvoltare continu a produsului, ne rezervm dreptul de a modifica produsul, ambalajul i documentaia fr notificare.

Eliminarea i mediul înconjurtor La dezafectarea aparatului, produsul nu trebuie aruncat împreun cu alte deeuri menajere. În schimb, este responsabilitatea dumneavoastr s eliminai echipamentul uzat prin predarea acestuia la un punct de colectare desemnat. Nerespectarea acestei reguli poate fi penalizat în conformitate cu reglementrile aplicabile privind eliminarea deeurilor.
