User Manual

The Ambar team thanks you for purchasing this Bluetooth Earpiece. This User Manual is provided to help you utilize all functions of this Bluetooth headset to make your life easier.

Description of Headset Components:

Call microphone: Located on the boom arm.
Play/pause button: Located on the boom arm, also used for answering/hanging up calls and activating voice assistants.
Volume adjustment / Up and down selection: Buttons for controlling volume and navigating tracks.
On/Off key: Power button for the device.
LED Signal Lamp: Indicates charging status and pairing mode.
Charging interface/Sub-ear line interface: Port for charging the headset.

Pairing with First Device

Before first use, pair the Bluetooth Earpiece with your mobile or other Bluetooth device:

Turn on the Bluetooth headset. The LED indicator will flash red and blue alternately. You will hear "Power on".
On your mobile phone, turn on Bluetooth and search for "Ambar EP 02". Once found, select it to connect. You will hear "connected".

Subsequent connections will be automatic.

Pairing with Second Device

After successfully pairing with the first device, disconnect it.
Pair the second cell phone as you did the first. Once connected, ensure the first phone is connected with "call phone audio" and the second device with "media audio".

Call Management

Answer/End Call: Press the top button on the microphone once.
Reject Call: Long press the top button on the microphone for 2-3 seconds. Alternatively, say "YES" to answer or "NO" to reject a call.
Redial Last Number: Quickly press the top button on the microphone twice.

Music Playback

Play/Pause: Press the side button on the microphone once.
Volume Control: Long press the volume key buttons to increase or decrease volume.
Next/Previous Song: Briefly press the volume '+' button for the next song or the volume '-' button for the previous song.

Charging

The headset has a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge using the provided micro USB cable or a compatible mobile charger. It is recommended to fully charge before first use.

During charging, the Red LED Indicator is lit. It turns Blue when charging is complete.
When the battery is low, the headset will announce "low battery" every 5 minutes. For daily use, charging every 24 hours is advised.

Using Google Assistant or Siri

Ensure Google Assistant or Siri is set up on your mobile device.

Press the top button on the microphone to activate Google Assistant/Siri. The headset acts as the microphone and speaker for your mobile device.

Changing Voice Notification Language

Long press the side button on the microphone to switch between English and Chinese voice notifications.

Care and Maintenance

Avoid exposure to liquids, moisture, or high temperatures.
Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents.
Avoid contact with sharp objects.
Do not attempt to disassemble the headset.
Store in a dry place, free from extreme temperatures, humidity, and dust, if not in use for extended periods.
