Campaign Period and Included Products

The campaign is valid from August 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025. Products imported by Samsung, offered for sale through participating Samsung retail locations, and currently in stock are included in the campaign. Products are limited by stock, and the stock quantities included in the campaign are specified below.

Campaign Scope and Application

If one of the selected products listed in the campaign is purchased through the online platform or application, the consumer can purchase one of the listed Buds Core products at the discounted price mentioned above instead of the recommended retail price. This benefit will be reflected in the invoice total, provided the products are purchased on the same day and appear on the same invoice.

General Conditions

• The campaign is valid only within Turkey's borders and cannot be combined with other campaigns.
• Individuals participating in Student, Public, and Corporate special discount programs cannot benefit from this campaign.
• Only individuals named on the invoice can participate in the campaign. Each person can benefit from the campaign for a maximum of one product. Duplicate entries will be rejected. Customers purchasing with a corporate invoice can only benefit from one unit, regardless of the total number of products purchased on the invoice.
• The campaign may be postponed, suspended, or modified in cases of logistical, technical, administrative delays in permits/approvals, or force majeure events. Samsung will announce any necessary notifications on its website.
• Samsung reserves the right to change the campaign terms. Samsung reserves the right to cancel the participation rights of individuals identified to be acting in bad faith, or engaging in fraud or deception.
• Participants are not entitled to claim the monetary value of the discount/exchange/benefit defined within the scope of the campaign. Returns will not be accepted for products purchased through this campaign. Consumer rights under the Law on the Protection of Consumers are reserved. If a purchased product is returned, the user will forfeit the benefit gained through this campaign.
• Recommended retail prices may vary. Sales channels are solely authorized to determine the final sales prices of the products, and Samsung has no intervention in this matter.
• Participants are solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect address information or any other problems caused by the consumer that may lead to delayed or failed delivery.
• Participants are informed that by participating in the campaign, their information is obtained/collected in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy and Disclosure Text (http://www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/), and that this information may be shared with third parties for the purpose of providing the relevant benefits.
