The Ritter Icaro 5 electrical food slicer, with its elegant selected design, offers a convenient and powerful solution for slicing various foods. Building on the success of its predecessors, the Icaro 5 is designed for modern kitchens, especially those with limited space, due to its foldable nature.
This appliance is a practical kitchen helper, featuring a full metal construction that reflects its robust build and quality. When folded, the machine is only 10 cm wide, making it ideal for smaller kitchens. Even when unfolded and in use, it requires minimal space on the worktop. The high degree of stability and the use of high-quality materials ensure a long lifespan.
The Icaro 5 is equipped with a 17 cm serrated stainless steel circular blade, capable of producing perfect slices. The slice thickness can be adjusted from wafer-thin up to approximately 14 mm, catering to various needs. For ease of cleaning and blade changes, the blade is removable via a coin-operated lock. The carriage is also easily unlocked and removed, allowing for effortless cleaning and the slicing of oversized foods.
Safety and convenience are paramount, with a switch for both intermittent and continuous operation. The slicer is powered by a 65 Watt eco-motor, which is noted for being 20% more economical and 50% more powerful than its predecessor. This makes the Icaro 5 an efficient and effective tool for everyday use, turning tasks like slicing bread, salami, ham, vegetables, and fruit into a pleasure.
The product is made in Germany, underscoring its quality and reliability. A smooth ham- and sausage circular blade is also available as an accessory for this Ritter food slicer.
