Product Description
The tiltable full-metal design of the serano Allesschneider guarantees excellent slicing results, especially for thin slices.
The appliance is equipped with a 17 cm serrated blade, which is largely covered. It is powered by a quiet 130 Watt DC motor. The short-time rating of the DC motor is double that of an AC motor, extending operation to 10 minutes.
For enhanced safety, it features a continuous and momentary switch. The smooth-running carriage, which enables effortless cutting, is mounted on a stainless steel surface and is large and removable.
With the Vario electronics, the blade speed can be adjusted to the respective food being cut, ensuring optimal slicing results.
A highlight is the FSC®-certified bamboo cutting board, which serves for slicing and catching the cut food. It is resistant to discoloration and odors.
A smooth ham/cold cut blade is available for every Ritter Allesschneider.
