Cam Lock Fastening System

This Cam Lock Fastening System will be used throughout the assembly process.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach part 6 (Support Panel) to part 4 (Side Panel) using screws C (M5x40). Arrows indicate the direction of attachment.

Step 2

Attach part 6 (Support Panel) to part 5 (Side Panel) using screws A (M6x35). Arrows indicate the direction of attachment.

Step 3

Insert dowels B (Ø15x12) into parts 3 (Back Panel) and 5 (Side Panel). Insert cam locks E (Ø8x40) into part 4 (Side Panel). Connect part 3 to part 4 and part 5 to part 4. Secure connections using cam locks E. Arrows indicate insertion and tightening.

Step 4

Attach part 3 (Back Panel) and part 9 (Top Panel) to part 4 (Side Panel) using screws C (M5x40). Attach part 10 (Back Panel) to part 4 using screws C.

Step 5

Attach part 3 (Back Panel) and part 8 (Shelf Panel) to part 4 (Side Panel) using screws C (M5x40).

Step 6

Assemble the main frame. Attach parts 2 (Base Panel), 3 (Back Panel), 4 (Side Panel), and 16 (Support Bar) using screws A (M6x35) and dowels B (Ø15x12). Attach part 17 (Support Bar) using screws C (M5x40).

Step 7

Attach parts 13 (Support Bar) and 14 (Support Bar) to the structure using screws D (M3.5x12) and dowels B (Ø15x12). Attach part 19 (Bracket) using screws A (M6x35).

Step 8

Attach part 5 (Side Panel) to the main structure using screws C (M5x40) and F (M6x28). Attach part 18 (Door Hinges) to part 5.

Step 9

Attach part 1 (Base Panel) and part 4 (Side Panel) to the structure using screws A (M6x35), dowels B (Ø15x12), and cam locks E (Ø8x40). Attach part 18 (Door Hinges) to part 3 (Back Panel).

Step 10

Insert shelf panel 7 (Shelf Panel) into the unit. Secure using screws I (Ø5).

Step 11

Attach doors 11 (Left Door) and 12 (Right Door) to the hinges (18) on the side panels. Use hardware G (M4x96) and H (M4x18). Attach door handles (part of doors 11 and 12) using hardware J (Cam lock bolts) and K (Cam lock nuts).

Step 12

Secure the TV stand to the wall using anti-tip accessories (Part L). Use screws D (M3.5x12) to attach the bracket to the unit and then secure to the wall.
