Assembly Instructions

Do not use power tools for assembly unless specified.

Before You Begin

Assemble on a soft surface like a rug to prevent scratches. ❌
Ensure all parts are present before starting.

Screws: 6x (105344), 8x (109594), 4x (102384), 4x (116654)
Springs: 2x (100349), 4x (128879)
Plastic Caps/Dowels: 2x (128531), 2x (128532)
Metal Pins: 26x (128530)
Brackets/Mounts: 4x (128860), 1x (128528), 1x (144173)
Other Components: 2x (124681)

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Cabinet

Attach the mounting plates to the inside of the cabinet doors using 4 screws (102384). Ensure correct orientation as shown.

Step 2: Install the Base Mount

Secure the base mounting bracket (144173) to the cabinet floor using 4 screws (109594). Ensure it is firmly attached.

Step 3: Assemble the Vertical Support

Insert the two parts of the vertical support using the provided pins (128528) and plastic dowels (128532). Ensure they click into place.

Step 4: Attach the Vertical Support to the Base

Connect the assembled vertical support to the base mounting bracket using 2 screws (128532).

Step 5: Attach the Door Hinges

Mount the pull-out fitting mechanism to the cabinet doors using the provided brackets and screws.

Step 6: Connect to Vertical Support

Attach the pull-out fitting mechanism on the doors to the vertical support using screws (100349).

Step 7: Connect to Vertical Support (Second Door)

Repeat Step 6 for the second cabinet door, using screws (105344).

Step 8: Prepare the Shelves

Attach the shelf supports to the shelves using 4 screws (105344) and the provided brackets.

Step 9: Attach Shelves to Vertical Support

Connect the shelves to the vertical support using the provided clips (128860) and screws (109594).

Step 10: Insert Shelf Pins

Insert the metal pins (128530) into the shelves. Ensure they are securely fitted.

Step 11: Connect Second Shelf

Attach the second shelf to the vertical support using the provided connector (124681).

Step 12: Secure Shelves

Ensure all shelves are properly seated on the vertical support pins.

Step 13: Attach Shelf Covers

Place the shelf covers (102384) onto the shelves.

Step 14: Final Attachment of Shelves

Connect the shelves to the main vertical support structure using the provided screws (116654).

Step 15: Final Attachment of Shelves (Second Door)

Repeat Step 14 for the second set of shelves, using screws (116654).

Step 16: Insert Shelves into Cabinet

Carefully slide the assembled pull-out shelves into the cabinet.

Step 17: Load Capacity

Each shelf has a maximum load capacity of 15 kg (33 lb). Do not exceed this limit. ⚖️
