B Installation
B1 Important Information
- Clear the floor of cables, hard or sharp objects (e.g., nails and glass), and loose items. Simultaneously, move any unstable, fragile, valuable, or hazardous items to prevent personal injury or property damage due to entanglement, collision, or tipping over by the vacuum cleaner.
- When using the vacuum cleaner on an elevated surface (e.g., a maisonette), always use a safety physical barrier to prevent accidental falls that could result in personal injury or property damage.
Notes:
- For the first use, monitor the vacuum cleaner throughout the cleaning process and watch for any issues. It will be able to clean on its own during subsequent uses.
- To prevent excessive accumulation of dirt on the mop pads, you should vacuum the floors at least three times before the first mopping cycle.
B2 Assembly
- Secure the docking base by firmly pressing both sides of the base and the connecting part in the middle until you hear a click.
Note: When moving the dock, secure the water tanks to prevent them from falling.
- Connect the power cable to the rear of the dock and store any excess cable in the storage slot.
Note: The power cable can be routed from either side.
- Align and insert the mop pad axes into place on the vacuum cleaner until you hear a click.
B3 Dock Placement
Place the docking station on a hard, level surface (wood, tile, concrete, etc.), flush against a wall, and leave a clearance of at least 0.9 m (3 ft) above, 0.46 m (1.5 ft) to the sides, and 1.2 m (4 ft) in front. Ensure there is good Wi-Fi coverage in the chosen location to work effectively with the mobile app. Plug the docking station into the power outlet and ensure the status indicator is lit.
- B3-1 Clearance: More than 1.2 m (3.94 ft)
- B3-2 Clearance: More than 0.9 m (2.96 ft)
- B3-3 Clearance: More than 0.46 m (1.5 ft)
Notes:
- If the power cable hangs vertically to the ground, it may get caught by the robotic vacuum cleaner, causing the docking station to move or disconnect. Store the excess cable in the storage space.
- The status indicator is lit when the docking station is powered on and off when the vacuum cleaner is charging.
- If an error occurs, the status indicator will turn red.
- Place the dock on a hard, level surface away from fire, heat, and water. Avoid narrow spaces or places where the vacuum cleaner might hang in the air.
- Placing the dock on a soft surface (carpet/mat) may cause the dock to tilt, leading to issues with the vacuum cleaner returning to the dock and starting cleaning.
- Keep the dock away from direct sunlight or anything that might block the dock location indicator, otherwise the vacuum cleaner may not be able to return to the dock.
- Do not use the docking station without the clean water tank, dirty water tank, dustbin cover, disposable dust bag, filter cleaning compartment, or cleaning compartment.
- Perform maintenance on the docking station as instructed. Do not clean the docking station's power cord or charging contacts with a damp cloth or wipe.
- All docks are tested with water before leaving the factory. It is normal for a small amount of water to remain in the water channel of the dock.
B4 Power On and Charging
Press and hold the button to turn on the vacuum cleaner. Wait until the power indicator lights up, then place the vacuum cleaner in front of the dock. Ensure the docking station is plugged into the power outlet. Then, press the button, and the vacuum cleaner will automatically return to the dock to charge. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a high-performance integrated lithium-ion rechargeable battery. To maintain battery performance, keep the vacuum cleaner charged.
B4-1 Status indicator light on the dock is off, power indicator light on the vacuum cleaner is pulsing: Charging.
Note: If the vacuum cleaner's battery is depleted, it cannot be turned on. In this case, place the vacuum cleaner on the dock to charge it.

Usage Instructions
C1 Filling the Water Tank
Lift the clean water tank, open its lid, and fill it with clean water. After filling, close the lid, secure the latch, and return the clean water tank to the dock.
Notes:
- To prevent damage, do not use any disinfectants and use only the cleaning solution recommended by Roborock.
- Do not add too much cleaning solution, as this may cause the vacuum cleaner to malfunction due to slippage.
- Use cold water only to prevent deformation.
- If water stains remain on the outside of the water tank, wipe them with a soft dry cloth before reinstalling the tank.
Power On/Off
Press and hold the button to turn on the vacuum cleaner. The power indicator will light up, and the vacuum cleaner will enter standby mode. Press and hold the button to turn off the vacuum cleaner and complete the cleaning cycle.
Note: The vacuum cleaner cannot be turned off while charging.
Start Cleaning
Press the button to start cleaning. The vacuum cleaner will plan its cleaning route, cleaning corners first in each room, then proceeding in a zigzag pattern across the room. The vacuum cleaner will thus thoroughly and efficiently clean all rooms.
Notes:
- To ensure the vacuum cleaner automatically returns to the dock, start it from the dock and do not move the dock during cleaning.
- If the battery level is too low, cleaning cannot be started. Charge the vacuum cleaner before starting cleaning.
- Before starting cleaning, clear cables (including the docking station's power cable) and valuables from the floor. Loose items may be dragged by the vacuum cleaner, potentially causing disconnection of electrical appliances or damage to cables and property.
- If cleaning is completed in less than 10 minutes, the vacuum cleaner will clean twice.
- If the battery runs out during a cleaning cycle, the vacuum cleaner will automatically return to the dock. After charging, it will resume where it left off.
- The vacuum cleaner will retract the mop pad holders and clean carpets. You can also set carpets as No-Go Zones in the app to avoid them.
- Before starting each cleaning, ensure the mop pads are correctly installed.
Spot Cleaning
Press and hold the button to start spot cleaning. Cleaning range: The vacuum cleaner cleans a 1.5 m x 1.5 m square area centered on its current position.
Note: After completing spot cleaning, the robotic vacuum cleaner will automatically return to its starting point and wait for further instructions.
Pause
While the vacuum cleaner is cleaning, press any button to pause it, and press again to resume cleaning. Press the button on the paused vacuum cleaner to send it back to the dock.
Note: Manually placing a paused vacuum cleaner into the dock will end the current cleaning session.

- Do not approach the drying air vents during drying.
Charging
After cleaning is complete, the vacuum cleaner will automatically return to the dock to charge. Press the button to send the paused vacuum cleaner back to the dock. The power indicator will pulse while the vacuum cleaner is charging.
Note: If the vacuum cleaner cannot find the dock, it will automatically return to its default position. Place the vacuum cleaner on the docking station manually for charging.
Error
If an error occurs, the power indicator will start flashing red, or the status indicator will be solid red. A pop-up notification will appear in the app, and a voice prompt may sound.
Notes:
- If the vacuum cleaner remains idle for more than 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode.
- Manually placing a malfunctioning vacuum cleaner into the dock will end the ongoing cleaning session.
System Reset
If the robotic vacuum cleaner does not respond to button presses or cannot be turned off, reset the system by pressing the reset button.
Note: After resetting the system, existing settings such as scheduled cleaning and Wi-Fi will be restored to factory defaults.
Deactivate Wi-Fi
To disconnect the robotic vacuum cleaner from Wi-Fi, press and hold the reset button until you hear a voice prompt. Then, wait 5 minutes, and Wi-Fi will automatically deactivate. To restore the connection, follow the relevant connection instructions.
