Diagrams and Views
1. Connection Diagram
Schematic showing electrical connections for the modular contactor. Terminals are labeled A1, A2 for coil supply, and 1, 2, 3, 4 for load switching. A fuse symbol is depicted in the circuit.
2. Outline Drawings
Physical dimensions of the 22.32 unit. Shows overall width (W), height (H), and length (L) with specific measurements indicated.
3. Front View
Depicts the front panel of the 22.32 contactor. Features include:
- A three-position manual selector switch labeled "ON", "AUTO", "OFF".
- ON position: Contacts are latched in the operated state; mechanical indicator is visible; LED is not illuminated.
- AUTO position: Contact state, mechanical indicator, and LED follow the coil supply voltage.
- OFF position: Coil is de-energized regardless of A1-A2 supply; contacts remain non-operated; mechanical indicator is not visible; LED is not illuminated.
- A mechanical indicator window.
- An LED indicator.
4. Accessories
Illustrates the attachment of auxiliary contact modules (022.33 or 022.35) to the main 22.32 contactor. The 022.33 module provides 2 Normally Open (NO) contacts. The 022.35 module provides 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact. These modules offer "Quick Assembly". Note: Auxiliary modules cannot be fitted to 22.32.0.xxx.x4x0 (2 NC versions).
Other Data and Recommendations
It is recommended to maintain an air gap of 9 mm between adjacent relays for installations and operating conditions near the limit (e.g., ambient temperature > 40°C, coil continuously energized, or all contacts loaded with current > 20 A).
