How to Wear
- Mix and Match for a Perfect Fit and Audio Performance: Experiment with the different sizes of ear tips (S/M/L) and wing stabilizers (S/M) to find the combination that provides the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears.
- Insert and Adjust: Gently insert the earbuds into your ears. Twist the earbuds to find the most optimal wear position that ensures a snug fit and best audio performance.
- Check Your Best Fit with the App: For the best listening experience, use the 'Check my best fit' feature within the JBL Headphones app. The app will guide you to ensure the earbuds are worn correctly for optimal sound. The earbuds should be worn when testing.
First Time Use
For first-time use, place both JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds into their charging case. This initiates the power-on sequence and prepares them for connection.
Power On & Connect
To power on and connect your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds:
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on.
- For Android™ 6.0+ devices with Fast Pair: A notification will appear on your device. Tap to pair. The device will be tied to your Google Account.
- For other devices (iOS, other Android versions, etc.):
● Go to your device's Bluetooth settings.
● Ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
● In the list of available devices, choose "JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS" to connect.
Dual Connect + Sync
The JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS supports both stereo and mono modes:
- Stereo Mode: Use both the left (L) and right (R) earbuds simultaneously for a full stereo audio experience. Both earbuds connect independently to your device.
- Mono Mode: Use either the left (L) or right (R) earbud individually for mono audio. The unused earbud can remain in the charging case.
Button Command
Control your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds with simple button commands. Advanced controls can be enabled by connecting your earbuds to the JBL Headphones app.

*Note: Enable advanced controls by connecting your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS to the JBL Headphones app. Enable your voice assistant through the JBL Headphones app and assign it to your preferred earbud (L/R).
Auto Play/Pause
The earbuds feature an auto play/pause function:
- When you remove an earbud from your ear, playback will automatically pause.
- When you re-insert the earbud, playback will automatically resume.
This feature can be managed in the JBL Headphones app under 'Settings' ► 'Play & Pause automation'.
Silent Now
The Silent Now feature allows you to quickly activate or deactivate noise cancellation and Bluetooth functions.
- Silent Now ON: Hold either earbud (L/R) for 5 seconds. ANC will be active, and Bluetooth will be disconnected. Music playback will be off. This mode provides up to 10 hours of battery life from a 100% charge.
- Silent Now OFF: Hold either earbud (L/R) for 5 seconds. ANC will be deactivated, and Bluetooth will be reconnected. Music playback will resume.
Power Off
To power off your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds, simply place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically disconnect and power down.
Manual Controls
In addition to app controls, you can manually manage your earbuds:
- Connect to a Bluetooth Device: To manually connect, hold either earbud (L/R) for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. Then select "JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Reset: To reset the earbuds, place them in the charging case, then hold either earbud (L/R) for 5 seconds until the LED indicators respond.
Do More with the App
The JBL Headphones app unlocks a range of additional features and customization options for your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds:
- Voice Assistant Setup: Set up your preferred voice assistant (Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa) directly through the app. Note: Google Assistant is only available on Android™.
- Gestures Customization: Assign different functions to tap, double-tap, triple-tap, and tap & hold gestures for both left and right earbuds.
- EQ Settings: Adjust the equalizer (EQ) to personalize your audio experience with presets like Jazz, Vocal, Bass, or create custom settings.
- Ambient Sound Control: Toggle between ANC (Active Noise Cancelling), Ambient Aware, and Off modes.
- Smart Audio & Video: Optimize audio for different content types.

Charging
Charge your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds and charging case:
- USB-C Charging: Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case. A full charge from empty takes approximately 2 hours. A quick 10-minute charge provides 1 hour of music playtime.
- Qi-Certified Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a Qi-certified wireless charging pad (not included). A full wireless charge from empty takes approximately 4 hours.

Important Safety and Regulatory Information
Battery Lifespan
To prolong battery lifespan, fully charge your JBL TOUR PRO+ TWS earbuds at least once every 3 months. Battery life varies by use and settings.
IC RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of Canada (C) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device type IC: 6132A-TOURPRO has been tested against this SAR limit. According to this standard, the highest SAR value reported during product certification for head use is 0.5376 W/kg.
The device was tested for typical bodily operations where the product was product was kept 5 mm from the head. To maintain compliance with IC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a separation distance of 0mm between the user's head and the back of the headset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories shall not contain metal parts in its assembly. Use of accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with IC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
Head operation
The device was subjected to a typical head manipulation test. In order to comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 0 cm must be maintained between the user's ear and the product (including the antenna). Head exposure that do not meet these requirements may not meet RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or approved antenna.
