Introduction
The Mini Pini is an 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 radio module designed for ultra-high speed enterprise connectivity. It is available in two main versions: Mini Pini 4x4 and Mini Pini 2x2. Both modules utilize Qualcomm chipsets and support dual-band operation (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with native 160 MHz channel width.
The Mini Pini 4x4 is based on the Qualcomm QCN9074 chipset, supporting 4x4 MIMO (4 spatial streams) for access point and station functionality. It is available for industrial (-40°C to 85°C) and commercial (0°C to 60°C) temperature ranges.
The Mini Pini 2x2 is based on the Qualcomm QCN9072 chipset, supporting 2x2 MIMO (2 spatial streams) for access point and station functionality. It is also available for industrial (-40°C to 85°C) temperature ranges.

Block Diagrams
Mini Pini 4x4 Block Diagram
The Mini Pini 4x4 block diagram illustrates the integration of key components. A PCIe-E LANE 1 and GPIO interface connect to the QCN9074 chipset. Supporting components include a 96MHz XTAL and a 2Mb EEPROM. The QCN9074 interfaces with a PMIC MP5496-0002 for power management (3.3V). Mini Pini 2x2 Block Diagram
The Mini Pini 2x2 block diagram shows a similar architecture but with two RF frontend modules. It features a PCIe-E LANE 1 and GPIO interface connected to the QCN9074 chipset, supported by a 96MHz XTAL and 2Mb EEPROM. Power is supplied via the PMIC MP5496-0002 (3.3V).
