1. Important Safety and Environmental Instructions
This section contains safety instructions to help prevent injury or material damage. Failure to comply with these instructions will void all warranties.
1.1 General Safety
- This device complies with international safety standards.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 and above, and by individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the device and understand the associated hazards. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by unsupervised children.
- Do not use if the power cord or device is damaged. Contact authorized service.
- Do not immerse the device or its power cord in water for cleaning.
- Do not disassemble the device.
- Use only original parts or parts recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not clean cement, plaster, or compressed paper particles to prevent filter clogging and motor damage.
- Use the device only with the adapter provided with the device.
- Do not use the device without filters; it may be damaged.
- Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.
- This device is not intended for use by children, unless supervised by a person responsible for their safety or if they have been instructed on how to use the device.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.

1.2 Compliance with AEEE Regulation and Disposal of Waste Product
This product does not contain hazardous and prohibited substances specified in the "Regulation on the Control of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment" published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the Republic of Turkey. It complies with the AEEE Regulation. This product is made of recyclable and reusable high-quality parts and materials.
Therefore, do not dispose of the product with household waste at the end of its service life. Take it to a collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. Inquire about these collection points from your local municipality. Help protect the environment and natural resources by returning used products for recycling.
1.3 Packaging Information
The packaging of the product is made from recyclable materials according to our National Legislation. Do not dispose of packaging waste with household waste; dispose of it at the designated packaging collection points specified by your local authority.
1.4 Waste Batteries
Dispose of spent batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations. The symbol on the product and packaging indicates that the battery supplied with the product should not be treated as household waste. In some regions, the symbol may be combined with a chemical symbol. If batteries contain more than 0.0005% mercury or more than 0.004% lead, the chemical symbols Hg for mercury and Pb for lead will be indicated below the symbol. By ensuring that batteries are disposed of correctly, you will contribute to preventing potential harm to the environment and human health resulting from improper disposal of batteries.
1.5 Energy Saving Tips
- When using the device, adjust the speed settings according to the floor type to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
- Under normal conditions, low speeds are used for hard floor cleaning, and high speeds are used for carpet cleaning.

3. Usage
This device is managed via the remote control or the mobile application according to the usage guidelines specified in this manual. For mobile application usage, download the "Beko Robot" application from Google Play and the App Store.
3.1 Intended Use
The device is designed for domestic use only and is not suitable for industrial use.
3.2 Charging the Device
3.2.1 Charging with Adapter
Fully charge the device before first use.
- ℹ️ The device takes 5-6 hours to fully charge.

3.2.2 Charging with Charging Station
Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates the placement of the charging station against a wall, indicating a recommended clearance of 1-2 meters around it. It then shows the adapter being plugged into the charging station, followed by the robot docking with the station.
Place the charging station (14) against a wall. Ensure there are no obstacles within 1-2 meters of the charging station. Plug the charging adapter (16) into the charging station.
If the device is off, turn it on by setting the power button (6) from "OFF" to "ON". The blue light on the charging station (14) will be continuously lit when it is powered.
If the device is on the charging station (14) and the adapter is unplugged or the power is cut, the device will leave the charging stand without selecting a cleaning mode and start searching for the charging station.
In this case, turn off the device using the power button (6) on its side. When power is restored or the adapter is plugged in, turn on the power button and use the remote control (15) or the app to send the device to the charging station and wait for it to dock.
- ℹ️ During charging, the indicator light on the device will flash red.
- ℹ️ After fully charged, the indicator light on the device will remain solid blue.
- ℹ️ In standby mode, if the battery is low, the indicator light on the robot will flash twice per second.
- ℹ️ When the battery is low during cleaning mode, the device will automatically find the charging station (14), and the indicator light will remain solid red.
3.3 Operation
3.3.1 Automatic Cleaning

Press the "AUTO" button on the device. Alternatively, press the "Start/Stop" button on the remote control (15) or via the application.
The device will enter automatic cleaning mode. It cleans the entire area following a zig-zag cleaning path. At the end of cleaning, the robot returns to the charging station.
3.3.2 Edge Cleaning

Press the "MODE" button on the remote control until "MODE1" is displayed on the screen.
The device will enter edge cleaning mode. It cleans the edges of walls and stays away from the charging station (14) to avoid collisions during operation. At the end of cleaning, the device returns to the charging station.
3.3.3 Area Cleaning

Press the "MODE" button on the remote control until "MODE2" is displayed on the screen.
The device enters a mode to clean a 2m x 2m area in its current location. After cleaning, the device returns to standby mode.
3.3.4 Random Cleaning

Press the "MODE" button on the remote control until "MODE3" is displayed on the screen.
The device enters random cleaning mode and cleans the room by following a random path. The cleaning process continues until the device's battery runs out, after which the device goes to the charging station (14) to recharge.
3.3.5 Intensive Cleaning

Press the "MODE" button on the remote control until "MODE4" is displayed on the screen.
The device performs a double zig-zag cleaning path. At the end of cleaning, the device returns to the charging station (14).
3.3.6 Maximum Cleaning

When the device is in standby or cleaning mode, press the "MAX" button on the remote control (15) to start cleaning at maximum level.
The device's cleaning path will be similar to automatic cleaning. The difference is that the maximum cleaning mode switches to maximum suction mode for a more thorough clean.
3.3.7 Programming Mode
Once you have successfully set the programmed cleaning time, the device will automatically start cleaning at the programmed time.
3.4 Time Setting via Remote Control
To enter time setting mode, press and hold the "CLK" button on the remote control (15). Digital numbers will flash on the screen; use the up and down buttons to change the flashing digits. After entering a number, use the left and right buttons to move to the next digit. Finally, press the "CLK" button on the remote control; the screen will stop flashing, indicating the time has been set.
3.4.1 How to Program the Robot with the Remote Control? Setting the Time via Remote Control
A. Setting the Programming Time
- Ensure the robot is in standby or charging mode, then press and hold the "PLAN" button on the remote control; the remote control will enter programming mode.
- Digital numbers will flash on the screen; use the left and right buttons to move to the next digit to be set.
- After setting, press the "ON/OFF" button on the remote control; the robot will emit a short beep when programming is successful.
- After hearing the short beep, press and hold the "PLAN" button to return to the main screen.
- ℹ️ When setting the program, the number on the remote control (15) is the delay time. For example, if the current time is 8:00 and the setting on the remote control is 01:00. When the setting is successful, the device will start working 1 hour later, meaning it will start at 9:00. However, it will only start at 9:00 on that day. If the main button is turned off before the programmed time is reached, the program will be invalid. Each time a programmed time is entered, it will only be valid for that hour.
A. Canceling the Set Programming Time
When the remote control (15) is in time programming mode, press and hold the "ON/OFF" button again; "00:00" will be displayed on the remote control screen. Then, press the "ON/OFF" button to delete the programmed time. If successful, the device will beep twice. After hearing the short beep, press and hold the "PLAN" button to return to the main screen.
3.5 Using the Mop
Diagram Description: The diagram shows how to attach the mop pad to the mop attachment, fill the water tank, and attach the mop assembly to the underside of the robot.
Step 1: Attach Mop Pad Insert the mop pad into the mop pad channel and stretch it to secure it to the Velcro fasteners.
Step 2: Fill Water Tank Open the cap of the water tank (11), fill it with water, and close the cap.
Step 3: Attach Mop Assembly Turn the device upside down. Insert the mop attachment channels into the corresponding channels on the underside of the device and push. (You will hear a click.)
To remove the mop assembly: Press and pull the buttons on the right and left sides of the attachment's edge simultaneously.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn off the device and unplug it before cleaning.
⚠️ WARNING: Never use gasoline, solvent, abrasive cleaners, metal objects, or stiff brushes to clean the device.
4.1 Cleaning the Dustbin and Filters
- ℹ️ When the filter's service life is completed, if it is deformed, or if it needs to be replaced for any reason, you can order a new one by contacting our call center.
- Do not wash the HEPA filter.
- For the HEPA filter, clean it with a brush after each cleaning to achieve maximum performance.
- The HEPA filter (10) is a replaceable accessory. The lifespan of the HEPA filter (10) is approximately 4 months. Replace it with a new one, as wet filters will cause performance loss.

Steps:
- Lift the top cover (1) using the indicated area with your fingers.
- Open the cover.
- Remove the dustbin (9) by holding its handle.
- Remove the filter frame and filter.
- Empty the dustbin (9). You can wash the dustbin only under running water.
- After the dustbin (9) is completely dry, reinsert the filter and filter frame.
4.2 Cleaning Sensors and Wheels
- ℹ️ Clean regularly based on the amount of dust accumulated.

Clean the sensors and wheels with a soft fiber cloth. Clean the charging contacts on the charging station (14) with a soft fiber cloth. Clean the charging contacts on the device with a soft fiber cloth.
4.3 Cleaning the Main Brush Assembly
Diagram Description: The diagrams show how to remove the main brush cover, detach the main brush, and clean it. It also notes that the brush can be washed.
Remove the main brush assembly from the device. Clean the main brush assembly using a soft fiber cloth. The main brush can be washed under running water.
Note: Please wait for the main brush assembly to dry completely after washing.
4.4 Cleaning Side Brushes
- Check the side brushes for damage or foreign objects.
- Clean the side brushes with the cleaning tool or a mop cloth.
- If they are curled or deformed, place the side brushes in hot water for 5 seconds.
- Replace the side brushes if they are damaged.
4.5 Storage
- If you do not plan to use the device for a long time, store it carefully.
- Unplug the device.
- Store the device in a place out of reach of children.
- If you will not use the device for an extended period, store it in a cool, dry place where it will not be damaged, with the battery at half charge. Do not fully charge or discharge it.
4.6 Transport and Shipping
- During transport and shipping, carry the device in its original packaging. The device's packaging will protect it from physical damage.
- Do not place heavy objects on the device or its packaging. The device may be damaged.
- If the device is dropped, it may not function or may be permanently damaged.

Important Considerations Regarding Proper Use and Warranty:
The following issues will be resolved at a fee. Warranty terms do not apply in these cases:
- Damage and malfunctions caused by user errors.
- Damage and malfunctions occurring during loading, unloading, transport, etc., after the product is delivered to the consumer.
- Damage and malfunctions caused by the electrical (socket, voltage, grounding, etc.), water (water pressure, tap, etc.), natural gas, telephone, internet, etc. network and/or infrastructure (drain, floor, environment, etc.) of the place where the product is used.
- Damage and malfunctions caused by natural events, fire, flood, etc.
- Damage and malfunctions resulting from use contrary to the provisions in the product's identification and user manuals.
- Damage and malfunctions arising from commercial or professional use as defined by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
- Intervention by unauthorized persons for maintenance, repair, or any other reason. In such cases, the warranty on the product will expire.
The warranty period for replaced parts during warranty application is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased product.

Warranty Terms
- The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery and lasts for 2 years.
- The manufacturer warrants the entire product, including all its parts, against material, workmanship, and manufacturing defects for the period specified above, provided that the product is used as shown in the identification and user manual, and has not been tampered with by persons other than Arçelik A.Ş.'s authorized service personnel.
- In case the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights as per Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection:
- a. Right to withdraw from the contract.
- c. Right to request free repair.
- b. Right to request a price reduction.
- ç. Right to request replacement with a defect-free product of equal quality.
- If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair the product or have it repaired, without charging for labor, replacement parts, or any other costs. The consumer can also exercise this right against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly and severally liable to the consumer for this right.
- If the product, after the consumer has exercised their right to free repair, is found to be:
- - Defective again within the warranty period,
- - The maximum repair time has been exceeded,
- - Repair is not possible, as determined by a report from the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer,
- the consumer may request a refund, a price reduction proportional to the defect, or, if possible, replacement with a defect-free product of equal quality from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. In case of failure to fulfill this request, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly and severally liable.
- The maximum repair time for the product shall not exceed 20 business days during its usage life as specified in the relevant legislation. This period starts from the date the defect is reported to the authorized service station or seller within the warranty period, or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service station outside the warranty period. If the defect within the warranty period cannot be resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer is obliged to provide the consumer with a similar product with comparable features until the repair is completed. The manufacturer or importer is released from this obligation if the consumer does not request a similar product. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent on repair is added to the warranty period.
- Damages and malfunctions resulting from use contrary to the provisions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.
- In case of disputes arising from the exercise of warranty rights, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence or where the transaction was made.
- If the seller fails to provide this Warranty Certificate, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade.
