Adding a Device:
Open the app, create a new account, and follow the app's instructions. Before setting up Wi-Fi, ensure the vacuum and Wi-Fi network meet the following requirements:
- A. Vacuum: The vacuum's charge level must be above 20%, or the vacuum must be placed on the charging station.
- B. Wi-Fi Network:
- Obtain the correct wireless network password.
- Do not use a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
- The Wi-Fi router must support 802.11b/g/n and IPv4 protocols.
- The router must be in the 2.4GHz frequency band, or a dual-band router supporting 2.4GHz should be used. The vacuum does not support the 5GHz frequency band.
- If the vacuum cannot connect to a dual-band 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi network, please select 2.4GHz for Wi-Fi settings. Once setup is complete, you can switch back to another frequency band.
- If connecting to a hidden network, ensure you correctly enter the network name [SSID (case-sensitive)] and are connected to a 2.4 GHz wireless network.
- If using a wireless network extender, ensure the network name (SSID) and password are the same as the main network.
- To connect the vacuum to the app server, configure the firewall and Wi-Fi router port as requested.
Wi-Fi Connection Error:
Wi-Fi Status Indicator | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
White indicator, normal operation | Robot connected to router, but cannot connect to the network. |
|
Slow white blinking | Robot cannot connect to the wireless router. |
|
Fast white blinking | Wi-Fi connection reset or not yet set. |
|
If other operations are triggered during the network connection process, the indicator light changes, and the device maintains the network configuration state. If the connection between the mobile phone and the robot vacuum fails, you can reset the Wi-Fi to enter network configuration mode and add the device again. Due to version upgrades and updates, please follow the in-app guide for actual operation.

Remedies included in the legal conformity warranty according to OUG no. 140/2021:
ARCTIC guarantees all legal rights provided by OUG no. 140/2021 for the benefit of consumers regarding the legal conformity warranty. The provisions of this legal conformity warranty certificate are supplemented accordingly by the provisions of OUG no. 140/2021.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods brought into conformity, to receive a proportional price reduction, or to terminate the contract, under the conditions of the law - art. 11 (1). Consumers may opt for a specific corrective measure if the non-conformity of the goods is found shortly after delivery, within 30 calendar days - art. 11 (7). For the goods to be brought into conformity, the consumer may opt for repair or replacement, unless the chosen corrective measure is impossible or, compared to the other available corrective measure, would impose disproportionate costs on the seller, taking into account all circumstances (e.g., the value of the goods if there were no non-conformity, the severity of the non-conformity, or if the alternative corrective measure could be performed without significant inconvenience to the consumer) - art. 11 (2).
Incorrect Installation of Goods (art. 7):
Any non-conformity caused by incorrect installation of the goods is considered a non-conformity of the goods in any of the following situations:
- a) Installation is part of the sales contract and was carried out by the seller or under the seller's responsibility;
- b) Installation, intended to be carried out by the consumer, was carried out by the consumer, and the incorrect installation was due to deficiencies in the installation instructions provided by the seller or, for goods with digital elements, by the seller or supplier of the digital content or digital service.
Proof of Non-conformity:
Any non-conformity found within one year from the date the goods (including those with digital elements) were delivered is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery of the goods, unless proven otherwise, or unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the non-conformity - art. 10 (1).
For goods with digital elements for which the sales contract provides for continuous supply of digital content or digital services for a certain period, the burden of proof regarding the conformity of the digital content or digital service during the legal warranty periods lies with the seller in case of a non-conformity found during this period - art. 10 (3).
Remedy by Repair:
If the non-conformity is remedied by repair, the legal warranty periods are extended by the downtime of the good, from the moment the non-conformity was brought to the seller's attention until the effective delivery of the good in normal use condition to the consumer - art. 12 (6).
Remedy by Replacement:
If the non-conformity is remedied by replacement, for goods that replace non-conforming goods, the legal warranty periods for the replaced product begin to run from the date of replacement with the new product - art. 12 (7).
Price Reduction and Contract Termination:
The consumer has the right to obtain a proportional price reduction in accordance with the law, or to terminate the sales contract under the conditions of the law, in any of the following cases - art. 11(4):
- a) the seller has not completed the repair or replacement or, as the case may be, has not completed the repair or replacement according to the law, or the seller has refused to bring the goods into conformity according to the law;
- b) non-conformity is found, despite the seller's efforts to remedy it;
- c) the non-conformity is of such gravity as to justify a price reduction or the right to immediate termination of the sales contract;
- d) the seller has declared that they will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable period or without significant inconvenience to the consumer, or this is clear from the circumstances of the case.
The consumer has the right to suspend payment of any outstanding part of the price of the goods or of a part thereof until the seller has fulfilled its legal obligations - art. 11(6). The price reduction is proportional to the decrease in the value of the goods received by the consumer compared to the value the goods would have had if they were in conformity - art.13.
Contract Termination:
- a) cannot be requested if the seller proves that the non-conformity is minor;
- b) can be requested for all goods purchased and delivered, even if the reason for termination concerns only certain goods, if the consumer cannot reasonably be expected to accept to keep only the conforming goods;
- c) obliges the consumer to return the goods to the seller, at the seller's expense;
- d) obliges the seller to refund the price paid by the consumer for the goods upon receipt of the goods or proof presented by the consumer that the goods have been returned; the seller will use the same payment methods as those used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another payment method, provided that no commissions are charged to the consumer as a result of the refund.
The legal warranty for hidden defects is applicable under the law, according to OG no. 21/1992 (revised 2) on consumer protection, OUG no. 140/2021, and the Civil Code. A hidden defect is a qualitative deficiency of a delivered product or a provided service that was not known and could not have been known by the consumer through ordinary means of verification.
