How to get into TWS mode for 2 Speakers
- Power on one speaker and connect it to your phone via Bluetooth.
- Power on the second speaker, then double-click its power button to enter TWS mode.
Note: In TWS mode, your phone only needs to connect to one speaker via Bluetooth.
Tip: If you power on two speakers simultaneously before Bluetooth connection, power off one speaker first and follow the instructions above to enter TWS mode.
Note: When the device's power is below 10%, the indicator will flash blue, and it will shut down automatically with a "power off" voice alert.
Use Bluetooth Devices
With the speaker, you can listen to audio from a player and make calls via Bluetooth.
Note:
- The operational range between this product and a Bluetooth device is approximately 15 meters (35 feet).
- Obstacles between the speaker and a Bluetooth device can reduce the operational range.
Connect a device
- On your device, disable the Bluetooth connection with this speaker.
- The speaker will provide a voice prompt when disconnected.
Note: Before connecting another Bluetooth device, disconnect the current device first.
Reconnect a device
For paired Bluetooth devices with automatic reconnection enabled, this product will reconnect automatically. For devices that do not support automatic reconnection, reconnect manually.
Play audio via Bluetooth
Note: If there is an incoming call on the connected mobile phone, music playback will pause.
Troubleshooting
Note: To keep the warranty valid, never attempt to repair the product yourself.
If you encounter problems, check the following points before requesting service. If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider replacement or repair after inspection.
- No power: Recharge your speaker.
- No sound: Adjust the volume on this product and the connected device. Ensure your Bluetooth device is within the effective operational range.
- No response from the speaker: Restart the speaker. Use a needle to press the reset button (located in the microphone hole) to reset the speaker.
- Poor audio quality after connection: Move the device closer to the speaker or remove any obstacles between them.
- Cannot connect with the device: Ensure this product is not already connected to another Bluetooth device. Disconnect the other device and try again.

MILI 1 Year Limited Warranty
- Hail-Power (Shenzhen Hail-Power Industrial Co., Ltd.) warrants MILI products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase (Warranty Period).
- All products must be registered online within 90 days of purchase to qualify for the 1-year warranty. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by MILI within the Warranty Period, MILI will, at its option:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Exchange the product with a new product.
- Freight costs for returns will be shared: Customer bears freight to the factory, and MILI bears freight to the customer. For maintenance and repairs outside the service range, the customer will bear all freight and relevant charges.
