Product Overview

The MiLi MiTag is a Bluetooth tracker designed to help you locate your personal items using the Apple® Find My™ network. It is compatible with iOS 14.5 and iPhone 6S or above.

Main Functions

1. Locate Your Item: The Apple® Find My™ network allows you to securely locate compatible personal items on a map via the Find My app. Pair your MiTag with the Find My app to view it alongside your Apple devices. If lost, activate Lost Mode to display a message and contact information. The network is encrypted and anonymous.

2. Play Sound: Open the Find My app, navigate to your item, and tap 'Play Sound'. The MiTag will emit a beep to help you find it.

Quick Instructions

1. Turn On the Device: Press the center button to activate the MiTag.

2. Pair the Device:

Open the Find My app.
Hold the MiTag close to your iPhone.
Tap the Items tab, then tap '+', and select 'Add Other Item'.
Tap 'Connect'.
Name your device and select an emoji.
Tap 'Agree' to link the item to your Apple ID.
Tap 'Finish'.

3. Enable Lost Mode:

Open the Find My app, tap the Items tab, and select your item.
Under Lost Mode, tap 'Enable'.
Follow the on-screen instructions, tap 'Continue', and enter your phone number or email address.
Confirm information, customize your lost message, and tap 'Activate'.

4. Remove the Device:

Open the Find My app, tap the Items tab, and select your item.
Tap 'Remove Item' and then 'Remove'.

Note: After removal, the device enters standby for at least 6 months and can be reconnected directly.

Button & Sound Description

Power On: Single press (short beep).
Power Off: Long press for 5 seconds (two beeps).
Reset: While powered on, quickly press the button 5 times, then long press until a short beep is heard. (On iOS, the item must also be removed from the app).
Remove Item: Press 'Remove Item' in the App (short beep).
Play Sound: Press 'Play Sound' in the App (13 beeps).

FAQ

1. When can the device be located? The device can be located when it is separated from its owner and detected by other Apple devices in the Find My network.

2. How to confirm if the device is powered on? Press the center button; it should beep. If not, try resetting or replacing the battery, or contact customer support.

3. How is the device designed to discourage unwanted tracking? If a Find My network accessory is separated from its owner and moving with you, you will be notified via an alert on your Apple device (iOS 14.5+) or the accessory will emit a sound when moved if you do not have an iOS device.

4. Why can't I find the device with Bluetooth connection? Try resetting the device or replacing the battery.

Battery Information

The MiTag uses a button battery (CR2032) that may need replacement. Replace only with the same type and rating, observing correct polarity.

Battery Replacement:

Separate the product into two halves by prying the gap between the upper and lower covers.
Remove the old battery.
Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
Align and press the upper and lower covers together to secure.

Safety and Handling

Handle the MiTag with care. It contains sensitive electronic components and batteries. Avoid dropping, burning, puncturing, crushing, disassembling, or exposing it to excessive heat, liquid, or industrial chemicals. Do not use a damaged MiTag.

MiLi 2 Years Limited Warranty

Shenzhen Hali-Power Industrial Co., Ltd. (MiLi) warrants MiLi products against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. If a defect arises, MiLi will, at its option, repair the product, exchange it for a new one, or share freight costs for returns (customer pays shipping to MiLi, MiLi pays shipping to customer). Repairs outside the warranty service range require the customer to bear all shipping costs.
