9. Common problems and solution
Q1. Unable to add camera for the first time.
A: Ensure the camera is powered on and has completed self-check. The camera will broadcast "Please use the App for Wi-Fi configuration" upon completion.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi account and password are correct.
- Ensure a smooth network connection when adding the camera, preferably near the router.
- If connection fails with the QR code, try the AP distribution network. After connecting to the camera's Wi-Fi hotspot via phone, return to the app to add the device. Avoid complex passwords with special characters like '\'.
- If both methods fail, restart the router and try again.
Q2. Can't recognize TF card?
A: After inserting the TF card, check "System Settings"-"TF Card Video Settings" in the app. If "TF card not detected" appears, identification has failed.
- Please use a branded TF card.
- Ensure the TF card is recognized normally by a computer.
- Only FAT32 format is supported.
- The suggested TF card capacity is between 2-128G.
Q3. How to deal with equipment failure?
A: Restart the camera's power supply. If the issue persists, press and hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds to reset, delete the original camera from the app, and add it again.
