This section describes the components of the SANSUI T19 wireless earbuds.

Operation Guide
First Time Use
- Before first use, confirm that both earphones and the charging compartment are fully charged.
- If power is insufficient, use the provided charging cable and equipment from a regular manufacturer.
- If the product has not been used for over 2 weeks, it is recommended to charge it before use.
Power ON/Off
- Auto Power On: Open the charging case cover and remove the headset to turn it on automatically.
- Auto Power Off: Place the headset back into the charging case; it will disconnect from Bluetooth and power off automatically.
Bluetooth Connection
(Turn off Bluetooth device before pairing)
- Bluetooth Pairing: Take out the headset and turn it on to enter pairing state. On your Bluetooth device, search for the headset configuration name "SANSUI" and click to complete pairing. If the headset is not found, turn off and on your phone's Bluetooth.
- Successful Connection: A voice prompt ?️ will confirm connection.
- Auto-reconnect: After the first successful connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on. (Hint: Some phones may require "0000" as the pairing password).
Game/Music Mode
Quad-tap the right ear's touch area to switch between game mode and music mode. Voice prompts ?️ will indicate the mode change.
Spatial Audio
Long press the right ear's touch area for 2 seconds to turn Spatial Audio on or off, accompanied by voice prompts ?️. (Binaural use is recommended for better results).
Restore Factory Settings
If the left and right earbuds are not interconnected or cannot be paired, reset them as follows:
- Delete the pairing information of the "SANSUI" headset from your mobile phone first.
- With the headset turned on and not connected, click the left/right ear touch area 5 times. The headset will automatically shut down to clear pairing.
- After resetting, the pairing information recorded by the headset is cleared. Use the "Bluetooth pairing" step after reconnecting.
Other Functions
Manual ON/OFF
- When the power is off, long press the touch area for 3 seconds to turn the headset on.
- When the headset is powered on, long press the touch area for 5 seconds to disconnect and shut down.
Timeout Not Connected
The headset will automatically turn off if it is not successfully connected to a device within 5 minutes in the standby pairing state.
Bluetooth Over Distance Disconnection
After a successful connection, if you move beyond the effective Bluetooth connection distance (approximately 10 meters indoors, barrier-free environment), Bluetooth disconnection will occur. If a connection is not re-established within 5 minutes, the device will automatically shut down.
Operation Details
Music Playback
- Play/Pause Music: Double-click the touch area.
- Previous Song: Three clicks on the left ear's touch area.
- Next Song: Three clicks on the right ear's touch area.
- Volume Down: Single click on the left ear's touch area.
- Volume Up: Single click on the right ear's touch area.
Call Management
- Answering/Hanging Up Calls: Double-click the touch area.
- Reject Incoming Call: Long press the touch area for 2 seconds.
Spatial Audio
Long press and hold the right ear's touch area for 2 seconds. A voice prompt ?️ will be heard. (Better effect when using both ears).
Dual Connection
Four clicks on the left ear's function button will enable Dual Connection with voice prompts ?️.
Game/Music Mode
Four clicks on the right ear's function button will switch between Game and Music modes, with voice prompts ?️.
Voice Control
Press and hold the left ear's function button for 2 seconds to activate voice control (requires cell phone support).
Dual Device Connection Operation
- Dual Connection Pairing: When the headset is connected to one device, to connect a second device, click the left ear's touch area four times to enable Dual Connection. Within 60 seconds, connect the headset directly to the second device to complete the pairing.
- Re-connection: When the headset is connected to the first and second devices, it will automatically connect back to the last two devices within the effective range to complete the dual connection.
Battery Level and Charging
Headset Battery Level and Charging
- Headphone Power Display: The cell phone status bar can display headset device power information (requires compatible cell phone version).
- Headset Charging Status: During charging ?, the indicator light will show a charging tip, and will turn off when fully charged.
- Headset Low Battery Alert: When the headset battery is low ?, a voice prompt ?️ will indicate insufficient battery. Place the headset into the charging box to charge.
Charging Case Battery and Charging
- Charging Case Charging: It is recommended to use a standard charger and the supplied charging cable ? to charge the charging compartment.
- Charging Case Low Battery Reminder: When the charging compartment power is too low ?, the indicator light will blink and then go out. Please charge the charging compartment promptly.
Indicator Status
Headphone Indicator
- Power On: White indicator light is on.
- Shutdown: Blue indicator light turns on and then off.
- Unpaired: White and blue indicator lights flash alternately.
- Waiting For Pairing: The white-blue indicator light of the main ear flashes alternately, and the indicator light of the secondary ear goes off.
- Successful Pairing: Indicator light is off.
- Music Status: Indicator light is off.
- Call Status: Indicator light is off.
- Game Mode: Blue indicator light with a breathing light effect.
- Low Battery: White indicator light flashes, accompanied by voice prompts ?️.
- Charging Status: White indicator light is always on.
- Charging Complete: Indicator light is off.
Charging Case Indicator
- Charging: Screen percentage flashes.
- Charging Complete: The screen percentage stays lit, showing "100".
- Low Battery: Screen percentage flashes and then goes off.
- Charging the Headset: Screen percentage is always on, and the LR running light is flashing.
- Headphones Fully Charged: Screen percentage is off.
Common Problems
- The headset can't be paired with the cell phone? Check if the headset is in pairing or back-connected status, and verify your cell phone's Bluetooth search function.
- The headset does not turn on? Ensure the headset is fully charged. Charge it for 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
- Can I replace the battery of the headset? No, this headset uses a non-removable battery.
- Can I use this headset while driving? While you can use the headset while driving, it is not recommended. If used, reduce the volume as much as possible.
- Disconnect the headset from the phone? The effective Bluetooth distance is 10 meters indoors. If the distance exceeds 10 meters or there are multiple obstacles, the headset and phone will disconnect. Maintain the effective distance for optimal use.
- Do I hear a different sound when the headset is connected to my computer or cell phone? Bluetooth is sensitive to objects between the headset and the connected device. Check for metal or other objects within the connection range that might affect the signal.
- After the headset is connected to the mobile phone, can the headset be used to control the application on the mobile phone? The functionality depends on the specific application's software settings and compatibility with the headset's controls. Some functions may not be supported.
Precautions
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the headset for any reason, as this may cause fire, electronic breakdown, or complete product damage.
- When the product indicator is on, do not look directly at it and keep it away from the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not place the product in environments with temperatures too low or too high (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Do not use this equipment in thunderstorm weather, as it may cause equipment failure or electric shock hazards.
- Do not use strong chemicals, detergents, or strong washing agents to clean the appliance or its accessories.
- Do not place the equipment near heat sources or exposed fire sources, such as electric heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, water heaters, fire candles, or other places that generate high temperatures.
- Do not listen to music at high volume for extended periods, as this can cause hearing damage. Adjust the volume to an appropriate level when using the device.
- Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself. This device is equipped with a non-removable built-in battery to prevent damage. Private replacement is not recommended.
- Avoid prolonged contact between the magnetic stripe card (e.g., bank card, telephone card) and the device, as the magnetic stripe may be damaged by the device's magnetic field.
- Before cleaning and maintenance, stop using the device, close all applications, and disconnect all connections or cables from other devices.
