First Use

Before first use, please confirm that the earbuds and charging case battery are fully charged. If the battery is low, use the provided charging cable and a certified charger. If the product is not used for over 2 weeks, it is recommended to charge the product before use.

Power On/Off

Automatic Power On: Open the charging compartment cover; the earbuds will automatically power on.

Automatic Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging compartment and close the cover. The earbuds will disconnect from the wireless connection and automatically shut down.

Wireless Pairing Connection

Wireless Pairing: When the earbuds are powered on, they enter pairing mode. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and search for the pairing name "SANSUI W28". Select it to connect.

Connecting Successfully: A prompt tone will be heard.

Connection Issues: If connection fails, the default pairing name "SANSUI W28" will be displayed. Note: Some phone models may require a password, typically "0000".

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
  2. With the earbuds in the charging case, press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 5 seconds to reset the factory settings.
