Troubleshooting Guide
The app won't link to the bracelet (Unable to pair with app)
- You can try to unbind the TOTWOO, [Me] - [Manage my TOTWOO], press the connected bracelets, [unbind the TOTWOO].
- If you use iPhone, please forget your device TWO in Bluetooth. Then reconnect. Please confirm: 1) if your app and bracelet are kept within 3 meters; 2) if your location is allowed always; 3) if the app is kept working in the background.
- If it still doesn't work, please press your bracelet for about 30 seconds until it flashes 3 different lights.
You can also take a small video for us to check.
When you don't touch it, why does the jewelry randomly flash/vibrate?
- Check whether it was touched by mistake by clothing.
- When flashing/vibrating, does the jewelry and phone still maintain connection? If yes, please confirm if a new message is received on the page "Love Record". If there is a new record, please check if it exists under a good network environment.
- Try disconnecting the jewelry and app. Check if the flash/vibration still exists without touching it.
- Try to restart the bracelet.
If after checking all the above, it still flashes/vibrates, please contact customer service to solve it.
Can't charge?
- Please check if the back cover is removed.
- Please check if the adapter output is DC5V-1A or DC5V-2A. If not, please have it changed and try again.
If you do not have this kind of adapter, please plug the charger into the computer to have a try.
Jewelry doesn't flash or vibrate?
- Check if the jewelry has power. If not, please change the battery or charge it.
- Check if it can charge successfully.
- Check if the jewelry can connect to the app and pair.
Why the bracelet has a solid red light?
- Please check if the solid light shows during firmware upgrade. If it shows during the firmware upgrade, please put the bracelet on the charger for a while and touch it flashing. Then reconnect and try to upgrade again. We can check what kind of phone model the customer uses.
- If the red solid light doesn't show up when the firmware upgrades, please try again when the power is used up.
