Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

  1. Firstly, make sure your totwoo smart jewelry is charged or set a battery.
  2. Slightly touch your totwoo smart jewelry to wake it up.
  3. Connect it to the charger. When it stops blinking, you're ready to connect.
  4. Download the Totwoo app from App Store or Google Play.
  5. Follow the instructions to connect your totwoo smart jewelry with the app. Make sure to turn on your location and Bluetooth.
  6. Follow the instructions on the app to pair with your partner, if you have purchased a couple's totwoo smart jewelry. The smart jewelry only works when it's connected to the app and the app is running.

Warranty Policy

All Totwoo jewelry has been tested strictly to meet international standards and certifications. Totwoo Limited Warranty covers your products and accessories against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of original purchase of the product. Please keep your receipt for any warranty service. After the limited warranty has expired, paid repair services are offered. Accidental damages such as scratches, dents, and broken pendants are not covered by warranty. Similarly, silver oxidation, which normally happens to silver products, is not covered by warranty.
