Product Overview

The QEP® LASH XLT™ Tile Leveling System is engineered for all tile types, accommodating thicknesses up to 1/2 inch (13 mm). It ensures consistent grout spacing, perfectly aligns neighboring tile surfaces, and effectively prevents tile lippage for a professional, seamless finish.

This system is designed to provide the desired grout spacing while aligning the surface of adjacent tiles, preventing the common issue of tile lippage.

The following table provides an estimate of the number of clips required per 100 square feet (9.2 m²) of tile coverage. Clip quantities may vary based on tile size and installation pattern.

How to Use the QEP LASH XL System

Achieve a perfectly leveled tile installation in four simple steps:

1. Step 1: Clean Excess Mortar
   Clean excess thinset or mortar along the edge of the tile.
2. Step 2: Insert Clips
   Insert the leveling clip approximately 2 inches (50.8 mm) from each end of the tile.
3. Step 3: Insert Wedges
   Slide the wedges into the clips to level, align, space, and hold the tiles securely in place.
4. Step 4: Break Off Clips
   Once the mortar or grout has set (typically within 24 hours), break off the clips by striking them in the direction of the grout line.
