Laser Shield Use
To adjust the laser shield:
- Loosen the thumb screw [thumb screw] on the laser module.
- Slide the shield up and down to adjust its position.
Focus Adjustment
Proper focus is essential for optimal engraving and cutting. Two methods are provided:
Method 1: Using the Focal Gauge (for new users)
Utilize the included 50mm focal gauge [focal gauge]. Place it on the material surface and adjust the laser module height until it rests on the material. Correct placement is crucial for engraving/cutting quality.
Method 2: Using an Aluminum Plate (for adept users)
Place an aluminum plate [aluminum plate] on the material. Adjust the laser module height to find the smallest, brightest light spot [light spot] on the plate. A slight beep [beep sound] may indicate optimal focus.

Option 3: Air-Assist Installation
Follow these steps to install the optional air-assist system:
- Loosen the set screw [set screw].
- Disassemble as shown.
- Assemble the air-assist components.
- Secure the assembled parts by locking the set screws [set screw].
- Remove the nut [nut], insert the air pipe [air pipe] into the port, and re-secure with the nut [nut].
- Cut the air pipe [air pipe] and insert its ends into the air flow regulator [air flow regulator].
- Connect the remaining air pipe [air pipe] end to the fittingpipe connector [fittingpipe connector].
Note: Connect the installed system to an external air compressor (sold separately) with an output of at least 100 Liters per minute (≥ 100L/min).
