Razor DIRT QUAD INNER TUBE REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

- 6 mm Allen wrench
- 13 mm wrench
- Phillips screwdriver
WARNING
CAUTION:
To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
Instructions
Step 1
Using a 6 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the four (4) bolts that hold the wheel in place and pull the wheel out.

Step 2
Remove the valve stem cover. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove any air left in the inner tube.

Step 3
Using a 13 mm wrench and a 6 mm Allen wrench, remove the nuts and bolts that keep the rim together.

Step 4
Once you remove the bolts and nuts from the rim, you will be able to split the rim in half.

Step 5
Remove the inner tube from inside the tire.

Step 6
To install a new inner tube, reverse steps 1-5.
- Re-install your inner tube and rim and secure with bolts.
- Re-install your wheel and secure it with the bolts.
