By accepting delivery of this product, you agree not to change, alter, or modify it, or remove or disable any safety features. You also agree not to refuse or neglect any retrofit kits provided by Mcombo to enhance safe use.
Safety Guidelines
Mandatory
Read all safety and operating instructions thoroughly before using your Mcombo product. Failure to follow these guidelines can result in personal injury or product damage and will void the warranty. Keep this manual for future reference.
Danger
- Keep plastic bags away from children to prevent suffocation.
- Do not allow children to play on or near the product when in use, as serious injury or death could occur if a child is under the product when it is in motion.
- Keep the power cord out of reach of small children and do not use it where it could be a trip hazard.
- Plug directly into a wall outlet; do not use an extension cord or adapter.
- Do not use this product if it is wet, in water, or around water or any liquid.
- Always keep the product in an upright and closed position. Keep hands and feet clear of the mechanism and all moving parts. The footrest must be completely closed before getting in or out of the product. Only the occupant should operate the product.
- Before moving or troubleshooting, unplug power cords from the outlet and secure the mechanism to prevent unexpected movement.

- To avoid tip-over, do not put your weight against the back of the product.
- Do not stand, sit, or place extra weight on the arms, back, or open footrest.
- Do not use this product if it is damaged. Do not use attachments or substitute parts.
- Avoid exposing the upholstered product to burning cigarettes or cigars, open flames, and high temperatures.
- Do not operate the unit until the backrest is installed and locked.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the actuator or pump, as there are no serviceable parts inside.
- Do not allow the electrical cord to be pinched between moving parts or between the frame and the floor. Do not place the cord under carpet or in a location where it could become worn.
- Do not attempt to disconnect the power plug by pulling the power cord; always hold the power plug and pull it out.
- Closely supervise children and disabled persons using this product.
- To reduce the risk of head entrapment and other injuries, keep children and pets away from openings and moving parts in and around the furniture.
- This product has many moving parts; serious injury can occur if not used properly. Keep hands, fingers, and body parts away from the mechanism.
- To exit the unit safely and prevent a tripping hazard, bring the backrest upright and close the footrest.
- Place tables and area rugs at a distance to allow the footrest to fully extend without rubbing or interference.
- Regularly check the condition of the power supplies, electrical cords, plugs, and connectors. Keep them away from heat sources. Never operate the unit with a damaged power supply, electrical cord, plug, or connector.
- Do not charge your device into the USB charge ports for more than 24 hours.
- Do not charge any devices over 5V/2A with the USB charge ports.
- Do not cover the USB charge ports with other heat-dissipating electronic products, as this may prevent heat dissipation and cause overheating or melting.
- Unplug the power cord immediately if you detect strange odors or fumes coming from the chair. Contact Mcombo Customer Support.
- A seat is intended for a single occupant not exceeding 320 pounds. Do not operate the seat with more than one occupant.
- If you give this product to someone else, include this owner's manual.

3. Assembly Steps
Step 1 - Armrests Assembly
Align the brackets of the armrests (B, D) with the clips on the chair base (A). Push firmly until you hear a "click" on each side to ensure the armrests are locked properly.
Step 2 - Backrest Assembly
Align the brackets of the backrest (C) with the clips on the seat-back (part of A). Push firmly until you hear a "click" on each side to ensure the backrest is locked properly.
Step 3 - Product Connections
- Connect the wires labeled No. 1 and No. 2 (from the backrest and seat base) that share the same color.
- Connect the wire labeled No. 3 (from the backrest) to the massage remote (G).
- The USB socket is located in the bottom of the recliner armrest (B).
Wiring Specification:
Diagram shows connections for Massage Wires, Massage Remote, USB & Power, and Reclining components. Ensure wires are connected securely.
ATTENTION: Use the plastic clip to organize the cords.
Step 4 - Paste Velcro
Place the recliner in the reclined position. Pull out the Velcro located in the gap between the base and the backrest and secure it.
Step 5 - Final Check
- Ensure both metal brackets on each armrest are securely mounted on the base. (Proper assembly means the armrest inserts into only one bracket, but all pressure applies to that single bracket.)
- Ensure the backrest inserts are locked to the base by pulling up on the backrest.
- Verify all wires are connected tightly.
- Ensure all wires are not positioned at the bottom of the frame where they could be pinched or broken by the frame, which would stop the sofa from working.
- Make sure all screws are tightened.
Operating Instructions
1. Operation Precautions
- Do not use an extension cord.
- Do not exceed the recommended weight limit.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- For indoor use only.
- Keep dry; do not operate in a wet or moist environment.
- Keep all cords away from heated surfaces and pinch points.
- Always leave the product in an upright and closed position when not in use.
- Periodically check the control and all power cords for visible damage.
- Do not use the footrest as a seat or for purposes outside its intended use.
- Do not lean or apply downward force to the seat-back while in a recline position.
NOTE: If you encounter a problem during setup or positioning, stop and contact Mcombo Customer Support immediately. Do not plug the unit into the electrical outlet until the problem is corrected, and do not attempt to fix electrical problems yourself to avoid personal injury or product damage.
2. Operation Instruction
Use the control buttons to adjust the recliner:
- [Up Arrow] RELAXING (UP): Lifts the footrest and reclines the backrest.
- [Down Arrow] SEATED (DOWN): Lowers the footrest and returns the backrest to the upright position.
Modes of Use:
- Seated: For a short break, offering a comfortable experience without needing to operate the recliner.
- Relaxing: Adjust the footrest position for relaxation.
- Napping: Adjust the backrest and raise the footrest for a comfortable nap.
- Reading: Adjust your sofa for reading in your spare time.
Massage Remote Operation Instruction
The massage remote controls various functions:
- HEAT: Turn on/off heat function.
- POWER: Turn on/off the remote control (controls massage function only).
- INTENSITY: Press to adjust massage intensity from low to high.
- MODE: Press to select one of 5 different massage modes (e.g., AUTO, NORMAL, PULSE, PRESS, WAVE).
- POINTS: Control massage points (back, lumbar, thigh).
- TIMER: Set the timer for fixed durations: 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
NOTE: The heated function can be used independently. Turn off the POWER button and turn on the HEAT button. Heating function works separately from vibration.
Care and Maintenance
Your Mcombo product is designed for years of performance. Follow these guidelines for care and maintenance:

- Do not place the product in direct sunlight, as it causes fading.
- Do not smoke cigarettes while seated in or using the product.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes by keeping the product away from radiators, heat, and air vents.
- Do not use solvent-type cleaners for spot cleaning.
- Do not saturate the fabric.
- Be careful that pet scratches may cause fabric or leather to break.
1. Fabric Care
- Regularly inspect the fabric for any pulls, tears, or gaps.
- Frequent vacuuming or light brushing with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush is recommended to remove dust and grime.
- For liquid spills, immediately wipe off the spill with a dry or lightly dampened clean white cloth, sponge, or paper towel.
2. Faux Leather Care
- Wipe leather down regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
- For more stubborn dust, dampen the cloth with distilled water. Ensure the cloth is not soaking wet. Never let water soak into the leather.
- Always use a soft cloth and never use an abrasive brush or scrubber, as this can scratch and damage the leather.
3. Electronics Care
- Inspect all wiring harnesses to ensure they are not damaged or stuck under the product.
- Keep all electronics free from moisture and extreme temperatures.
- Check electrical components frequently for signs of corrosion and replace as necessary.
- Contact Mcombo Customer Support if damage is present; do not attempt to fix it yourself.
4. Disposal & Recycling
Dispose of your power recliner sofa according to applicable local and national statutory disposal regulations. Contact your local waste disposal agency for information on proper disposal of packaging, metal/wood frame components, fabric, and electronic components.

Disassembly Instructions
Notice
- Ensure the product is in the seated position with the footrest returned to its original position.
- Unplug the power cord before disassembling.
- Refer to the installation steps in reverse order for disassembly.
Step 1 - Disconnect all Connections
Disconnect all connections on the chair base and backrest before disassembling.
Step 2 - Disassemble Backrest
- Push the metal ears of the backrest inserts outward (refer to arrow direction).
- After unlocking the metal lugs on both sides of the backrest, hold the bottom part of the backrest and pull it vertically upward.
Step 3 - Disassemble Armrests
Notice
- The backrest must be removed first.
- It is best to remove armrests with two people.
- When lifting the armrest, hold the bottom of the armrest to avoid damaging the armrest bag and cup holder.
- Use your knees to find a support point on the seat and press on the base with your own strength.
- Hold the two marked positions at the bottom of the armrest and lift the armrest vertically upward. Shake the armrest slightly to loosen the brackets, making it easier to detach from the base.
Warranty
Notice
- For products beyond the limited manufacturer warranty period, Mcombo can provide replacement service for a basic charge.
- The warranty applies only to Mcombo products and does not include accessories or enhancements.
- Warranties are valid only in the 48 contiguous United States and are contingent upon the consumer operating the product according to the manual.

Consumer Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
All warranties begin on the date of delivery and are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO® ONLY.
- MCOMBO® will replace defective parts or send replacement product provided the parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service (e.g., damaged wire due to negligence or improper operation).
- Exclusions include damage caused by: Contamination, Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, Commercial use or use other than normal, Improper operation, maintenance, or storage.
NOTE: MCOMBO® will pay standard shipping rates on warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount price when the product is out of warranty.
Return/Replacement Policy
Notice
Returning items yourself is not recommended due to potential high costs (UPS/FedEx oversize fee) and the need to transport the box to a facility.
Return/ Replacement Policy
MCOMBO® offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Please pack items securely in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals. To initiate a return, contact customer service at sales@mcombo.com or 323-597-1109.
Return Conditions
Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the item price, including taxes.
NOTE:
- Keep original packaging. If unavailable, new packaging must meet UPS/FedEx size standards: (width + height) * 2 + length < 128 inches.
- Disassemble the product before returning to avoid oversized shipping costs.
- Do not purchase a return label for damaged/defective products yourself.
- Contact Mcombo immediately if you have any problems with returns for assistance.
