Sivoia QED: Quiet Electronic Drive

The Sivoia QED (Quiet Electronic Drive) system offers ultra-quiet, precision control for roller blinds, curtain tracks, and skylight blinds. This intelligent, low-voltage system provides smooth, uniform movement, consistent alignment of multiple blinds, and superior performance. Lutron wall controls offer convenient operation, and Sivoia QED systems integrate seamlessly with other Lutron lighting controls for comprehensive light management.

Key features include an intelligent processor for two-way communication, flexibility, programming, and integration, along with a precision motor and gear design for ultra-quiet operation and smooth movement.

Roller Blinds

Lutron roller blind systems integrate with Lutron lighting controls, security, and climate control systems to maximize efficiency and versatility. They offer ultra-quiet operation, uniform precision movement, minimal symmetrical light gaps, and convenient one-touch control via keypads or remotes.

Skylight Blinds

The Sivoia QED skylight blind features a patent-pending tension system that keeps fabric taut and parallel to the skylight, regardless of slope. It reliably controls daylight to enhance the visual environment and save energy by reducing heat gain. Options include inside, recessed, and outside mounting, a light-blocking fascia, and pre-assembled shipping for ease of installation.

Curtain Track Systems

The Sivoia QED curtain track system provides slim profile, ultra-quiet performance, and the capacity to operate heavy curtains (up to 47.6 kg [105 lb] with D105, and 65.7 kg [145 lb] with D145). The low-profile drive is hidden behind the curtains. Features include one-touch control of individual or groups of curtains, ultra-quiet operation, and seamless integration with Sivoia QED roller blinds. Options include manual open carriers, track splicing, curved tracks, various draw types (left, right, center, dual, tandem), pinch pleat or ripplefold styles, and tracks available in white, bronze, and anodized aluminum with color-matched endcaps.

Fabric Categories

Lutron fabrics are grouped into three categories: SheerShade®, Dim-out, and Blackout, offering varying degrees of light control and functionality.

SheerShade

Feature open weaves that filter sunlight while preserving the view. Measured by "openness factor." SheerShade Designer™ fabrics offer more decorative weave options.

Dim-out

Permit some light but are not open weaves, limiting the view to shapes and shadows.

Blackout

100% opaque fabrics that prevent all light passage, often used with side channels for a complete light seal.

Sivoia QED D145 Curtain Track Drive

• Carries heavier curtains (65.7 kg [145 lb] capacity).
• Controls curtains on curved tracks with one or two bends.

Handheld Remote Controls

Track Splicing Option

• Allows for Lutron curtain tracks up to 9144 mm in length using the new track splicing feature (18288 mm in spliced, tandem applications).

Open curtains manually without power using the new Manual Open carrier.

Sivoia QED Power/Communications Panel

The Sivoia QED Power/Communications Panel (SVQ-10-PNL-230) provides centralized wiring for up to 10 Sivoia QED drives. Each panel provides power for up to 10 Sivoia QED EDUs. Sivoia QED EDUs may also be powered by individual transformers. The SVQ-10-PNL-230 is available for 230V applications.
