1. Safety Instructions

Read the following instructions carefully. Failure to comply may be dangerous or illegal.

Traffic Safety

Do not use your phone while driving. Using a mobile phone while driving is dangerous and illegal in many areas. Radio frequency (RF) energy can interfere with inadequately shielded electronic systems in motor vehicles. Consult your vehicle manufacturer for information on added equipment. Do not place objects, including wireless equipment, in the airbag deployment area.

Pacemaker Interference

Pacemaker manufacturers recommend a minimum separation of 15.3 cm (6 inches) between a wireless phone and a pacemaker to avoid potential interference.

Turn off your cell phone in medical and health care facilities when regulations posted instruct you to do so. Hospitals or health care facilities may use equipment sensitive to external RF energy.

On Airplanes

Switch off your phone on airplanes. Using wireless devices on aircraft may be dangerous, disrupt the network, and be illegal.

Accessories and Batteries

Use only approved accessories and batteries. Do not attempt to use non-manufactured products. Dispose of scrap batteries properly according to local regulations.
