Compliance Statement
Time Products UK Ltd confirms its compliance with the relevant security requirements for Sekonda Smartwatches.
The company adheres to the provisions within ETSI EN 303 645 (EU) and ISO/IEC29147 (UK) for deemed compliance with security requirements.
This document is supported by the Privacy Policy, which provides information on reporting security issues.
Security Issue Reporting and Data Handling
To report security issues, please contact Time Products UK Ltd at DPO@timeproducts.co.uk, providing as much detail as possible.
Data for the watch is stored via the companion App. Very little data is stored on the Smartwatch itself, and any data stored is retained for a maximum of 72 hours.
Time Products (UK) Ltd commits to supporting the watch and App for a set minimum period.
Users are encouraged to maintain up-to-date mobile phone security and download the latest versions of updates for both the mobile phone and the watch App.
For concerns regarding personal data processing or security breaches, contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at DPO@timeproducts.co.uk, who ensures compliance with data protection laws.
