Time Products UK Ltd confirms adherence to the provisions within ETSI EN 303 645 (EU) and ISO/IEC29147 (UK) – PSTI, as well as the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU) & Radio Equipment Directive 2017 (UK). This ensures deemed compliance with the security requirements for Sekonda Smartwatches.

Data Storage and Product Support
All watch data is stored via the companion App. The Smartwatch itself stores very little data, with any temporary data retained for a maximum of 7 days.
Time Products UK Ltd commits to supporting the watch and App for a set minimum period. Users are encouraged to keep their mobile phone security up-to-date and to download the latest versions of updates for both their mobile phone and the watch App.
