Important Safety Information

Assembly Instructions

- Attach the side shelves (if applicable).
- Connect the gas regulator to the propane cylinder.
- Attach the drip tray.
- Place the cooking grates and warming rack.
Note: Ensure the propane cylinder is properly connected and the gas is turned off before lighting.
Operating Instructions
- Connect the propane cylinder to the regulator.
- Open the grill lid.
- Turn the control knob for the left burner to the 'IGNITE' or 'HIGH' position. Press the ignition button. The burner should ignite.
- If the burner does not ignite, turn the control knob to 'OFF', wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting procedure.
- Once the left burner is lit, turn the control knob for the right burner to the desired setting.
- Adjust flame height using the control knobs.
- To turn off the grill, turn both control knobs to the 'OFF' position and close the gas valve on the propane cylinder.
Ignition: The electronic ignition system provides a spark to light the burners. Ensure the battery is properly installed.
Cooking: Preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed before cooking. Use the control knobs to regulate the temperature.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Always ensure the grill is cool and the gas supply is turned off before cleaning.
- Remove cooking grates and warming rack. Clean with warm, soapy water and a brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Clean the interior of the grill and the drip tray. The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly.
- Wipe the exterior of the grill with a damp cloth.
- Store the grill in a cool, dry place when not in use. Cover the grill to protect it from the elements.
Troubleshooting
Problem: Grill does not ignite. Solution: Check propane cylinder connection, ensure gas valve is open, check battery in ignition module, ensure control knobs are turned correctly.
Problem: Uneven heating. Solution: Ensure grill is level, check for obstructions in burner ports.
Problem: Gas odor. Solution: Immediately turn off all burners and gas supply. Check all connections for leaks using soapy water. If leak persists, do not use the grill and contact customer support.
