Overview

LED Indicator of Earbud: Indicates charging and connection status.

Charging Dots on Earbud: Connects to charging pins in the case.

Multi-functional Button (MFB): Used for power, play/pause, call control, and voice assistant.

First-Use Instructions

1. Tear off the isolating film on the earbuds before first use.
2. Place earbuds in the case and charge both earbuds and the case for at least 10 minutes. Do not remove earbuds during charging.
3. Earbuds come with size M ear tips; select other sizes for a secure fit.

How to Wear?

1. Adjust earbuds downwards to a proper position and push into your ears.
2. Slightly adjust earbuds for the best fit.

How to Pair?

Method 1:

1. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case. They will auto power on and pair with each other within 10 seconds.
2. The white indicator lights of both earbuds will flash, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your phone, search for "T59" and tap to connect. You will hear "connected" from both earbuds, and the indicator lights will turn off.
4. If earbuds are not connected to a device for over 5 minutes, they will power off. Turn them on manually by pressing the MFB for about 2 seconds.

Method 2:

• In the unconnected state, double-click the MFB of both earbuds to enter pairing mode.

How to Reset?

1. Take the earbuds out for 5-10 minutes to consume some battery (cannot be reset if fully charged).
2. Place the earbuds back into the case, ensuring both earbuds blink red.
3. Press and hold the buttons on both earbuds for 8 seconds, then close the case.

Maintenance

Over time, charging contacts may accumulate dirt or sweat, affecting charging and connection. Earwax and dust can also muffle sound. Clean charging contacts and protective grilles with a cleaning swab.

Indicator Status

Earphone Indicator Status:

• Power-on: White light for 1s.
• Power-off: Red light for 1s.
• Pairing mode: White light of dual earbuds flash.
• Device to be connected mode: White light of the main earphone flashes.
• Connected to standby state: White light on L/R earphone for 1s after connection, then goes out.
• Phone state: White light goes out.

Battery Case Indicator Status:

• Charging the case: The LED bar flashes slowly during charging.
• Charging the earphone with case: Earbuds charge immediately, red indicator flashes.
• Charging case fully charged: LED indicator bar is steady on (flashes slowly during charging).

Button Operation Tips

Functions on L/R Earbuds:

• Power on: Pick up from case / Press and hold MFB for 2s (in power-off state).
• Power off: Standby/Non-playing music, press and hold MFB for 5s. Put into charging case / Not connected for over 5 minutes.
• Activate/Stop voice assistant: Triple-click MFB on L/R earbud.
• Reject call: Press and hold MFB on L/R earbud for 2s.
• Answer/End call: Click MFB once.
• Play/Pause: Click MFB once.
• Next track: Double-click MFB on R earbud.
• Previous song: Double-click MFB on L earbud.
• Volume -: Long press L earbud.
• Volume +: Long press R earbud.

How to Charge?

Type-C USB Charging

Use the supplied Type-C USB charging cable to charge the case directly. The digital display shows the battery level in real-time. A display of "100" indicates a full charge.

The right display panel shows the charging status for each headset. Four grids represent power consumption, with the indicator light flashing during charging.

Wireless Charging

Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad. Reposition if charging does not initiate. (Wireless Charging Pad Not Included)

Troubleshooting Guide

Q1: What should I do when the earbuds can't be paired with my mobile device?

A1: Reset your earbuds and pair them with your mobile device again.

Q2: What to do when the earbuds can't be charged?

A2: Ensure the charging case has power; charge it for at least an hour. Clean the charging pins on the earbuds and case. If the issue persists, contact GOLREX support.

Q3: What should I do if there is no sound from one earbud?

A3: Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your device, then re-pair the earbuds. For Android, check device volume and earbud volume levels. If the earbud volume is at minimum, adjust it.

Q4: What device can the earbuds be connected to?

A4: Devices with Bluetooth version 5.0 or higher.

Q5: Can my earbuds be paired with multiple devices?

A5: No, the earbuds do not support multi-device pairing currently.

Q6: Can I use one earbud at a time?

A6: Yes, you can use both earbuds together or use a single earbud alone after pairing.

Q7: Can I activate voice assistant through my earbuds?

A7: Yes, triple-click the touchpad on either earbud after pairing to activate the voice assistant.
