Position the device 3 inches to 1 foot away from the body. The device delivers >141 mw/cm² of energy, with a recommended treatment time of ten minutes. The device must be turned off for 1 minute after each 5-minute session to prevent overheating.

Consistent use is key. Daily use is recommended, with a minimum of 4 times a week. For major injuries, long-term aches, or severe skin conditions, use up to three times per day.

Step 1: Charging the Battery
Remove the charger, insert the USB cord, and plug into a laptop or adapter. Charge the battery for at least 1 hour.

Step 2: Inserting the Battery
Unscrew the Bullet Red Light Therapy Device. Insert the charged battery with the positive pole (+) against the top and the negative pole (-) against the bottom. Screw the device back together.

Step 3: Using the Device
Press the silver button. Place the device 1 inch away from the target bare skin area for 5 minutes. The device will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.

Press the silver button again to end the session if the red light is still emitting. No further action is required if the session ends automatically.
