Usage Instructions

Position the device 3 inches to 1 foot away from the body. The device delivers >100 mW/cm² of energy at this distance, providing an optimal session time of ten minutes.

Setting Up and Using Your Max Red Light Therapy Device

What's in the Box?

• 2 x Braided Steel Cables

• 1 x Height-Adjusting Pulley
• 1 x Door Hook

Step 1: Prepare the Device

Place your Max Red Light Therapy Device face down on a scratch-free surface. Screw the threaded posts into the top of the device. Hand-tighten and then screw the braided cables to the threaded posts.

Step 2: Hang the Door Hook

Hang the door hook on any standard-sized door.

Step 3: Connect the Pulley System

Connect the braided cables to the snap link attached to the height-adjusting pulley. Connect the snap link on the opposite end directly to the door hook.

Step 4: Adjust Height

To raise your device to the desired height, pull down on the loose cable while supporting the device with your opposite hand.

Step 5: End Session

Once your session is over, switch off the Red and NIR lights (or your chosen combination) to ensure battery longevity.

Step 6: Power Connection

Plug the power cord into the male power socket on the back of the device. Plug the other end into the wall power outlet. Switch the power on.

Step 7: Set Session Time

Use the [+] and [-] buttons on the control panel to adjust session time in five-minute increments, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Step 8: Select Light Mode

Your device features both red and near-infrared wavelengths. Select only red (R indicator light illuminates), only near-infrared (IR indicator light illuminates), or both modes by pressing the "RED" or "NIR" buttons on the control panel.

Step 9: Begin Session

Put on your goggles (if required) and enjoy your session. The device's cooling fans may run for up to 5 minutes after the session to cool the LEDs.

How should I use my Max Red Light Therapy Device?

We recommend 10-minute sessions, positioned 3 to 12 inches from the target area.

Do I need to wear eye protection?

Protective goggles are supplied and recommended. Do not look directly into the LED lights.

Why does it appear that the Near Infrared lights aren't working?

Near Infrared (NIR) light is invisible. You can confirm it's working by the presence of a dim light within the NIR LED bulbs, indicating they are functioning.

What is the difference between red and near infrared light?

Red light (660nm) is best for improving skin appearance. Near Infrared light (850nm) is invisible and penetrates deeper into muscle tissue, making it ideal for muscle recovery.

Can I use my Max Red Light Therapy Device with clothes on?

BON CHARGE warrants that this Device will function and perform within specifications for one year from the date of delivery.

What does this Manufacturer's Warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. BON CHARGE will repair or replace, at no charge, defective products or parts due to improper material or workmanship.

How long does the cover last?

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. A replacement device or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original.

What does this warranty not cover?

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Equipment that has been abused, modified, damaged, or fitted with substitute parts.

If service is required, the buyer is responsible for returning the device to BON CHARGE within the one-year warranty period.

BON CHARGE reserves the right to provide parts in different colors to the original device.

BON CHARGE goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Goods are also entitled to be repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
