BUTTONS AND PARTS
PHONE button: Controls calls, playback, and voice assistant.
MIC: Microphone for calls.
CHARGING PORT: USB Type-C port for charging.
VOLUME + button: Increases volume and skips to the next track.
VOLUME - button: Decreases volume and skips to the previous track.
STATE INDICATOR: LED light indicating device status.
OPERATIONS
Function | Operation |

Pause/Play | Press the PHONE button once. |
Volume + | Press the VOLUME + button. |
Volume - | Press the VOLUME - button. |
Next track | Press and hold the VOLUME + button for 1 second. |
Previous track | Press and hold the VOLUME - button for 1 second. |
Answer a phone call | Press the PHONE button during an incoming call. |
Reject a phone call | Press and hold the PHONE button for 1 second during an incoming call. |
Hang up | Press the PHONE button when on a call. |
Mute/unmute mic | Double-press the PHONE button when on a call. |
Voice assistant activation | Press the PHONE button three times. |
Gaming mode | Press the PHONE button four times. |
Disconnect | Press VOLUME + and VOLUME - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when connected. |
Factory reset | Press VOLUME + and VOLUME - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds when not connected. |
SETTING UP YOUR TREBLAB C7
To turn on the headphones
Press and hold the PHONE button for 2 seconds. You will hear two sound prompts, and the blue state indicator will light up. A few seconds later, the state indicator will start flashing blue/red, indicating that the headphones are on and ready to pair.
To turn off the headphones
Press and hold the PHONE button for 3 seconds. You will hear a sound prompt, the red state indicator will light up, and then turn off.
PAIRING
Make sure that the TREBLAB C7 headphones are charged.
- Press and hold the PHONE button for 2 seconds. You will hear two sound prompts, the blue state indicator will light up, and a few seconds later, the state indicator will start flashing blue/red.
- Activate the wireless communication function on your smart device, scan/search for TREBLAB C7, and click CONNECT.
- If prompted by your device to connect, select Yes.
- You will hear the sound prompt indicating that the headphones are connected. The state indicator will start flashing blue every 15 seconds.
When you turn the headphones on, they will try to reconnect with the recently connected device. If reconnection does not happen automatically, the headphones will try to find the next device in the pairing list. You can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. You can save up to 6 connected devices.
GAMING MODE
TREBLAB C7 headphones support gaming mode to reduce audio latency up to 100ms, allowing for better video/audio synchronization and an improved gaming and video-watching experience.
- To enable gaming mode, press the PHONE button four times. You will hear an ascending sound prompt and feel the lower latency while gaming/watching videos.
- To disable gaming mode, press the PHONE button four times again. You will hear a descending sound prompt, and the latency will return to the standard 200ms.
NOTE: In gaming mode, the connection range is shorter than in standard mode. If you experience connection issues or drops, please disable gaming mode.
AUDIO PLAYBACK
- To pause and resume playback, press the PHONE button once.
- To change tracks, press and hold the VOLUME + button for 1 second for the next track, and press and hold the VOLUME - button for 1 second for the previous track.
- To adjust the volume, press the VOLUME + button once to increase volume and press the VOLUME - button once to decrease volume.
PHONE CALLS MANAGEMENT
The TREBLAB C7 were specifically designed for phone/conference calls. Audio playback will be paused during calls.

VOICE ASSISTANTS SUPPORT
TREBLAB C7 headphones are compatible with most voice assistants. To use a voice assistant, press the PHONE button three times.
CHARGING
When the headphones' battery is running low, you will hear a busy tone sound prompt.
To charge the C7 headphones, plug the supplied cable into the Type-C charging port on the ear-cup and the other end of the charging cord into a standard USB port. The state indicator will turn red.
It takes up to 2.5 hours to charge TREBLAB C7. When the headphones are charged, the red light will turn blue.
RESET TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS
You can reset the C7 headphones to factory default settings by cleaning up the pairing list with the last 6 connected C7 devices.
Make sure the headphones are disconnected from the source device. Simultaneously press and hold the VOLUME + and VOLUME - buttons for 3 seconds. You will hear a sound prompt, and the headphones will go to pairing mode.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Can't turn on the headphones | Please make sure the headphones are charged. If not, charge them for 2.5 hours and try again. |
Headphones do not charge | Clean the Type-C ports on the headphones with a small brush. Try charging with another Type-C cable, power source, or adapter (if available). |
Frequent disconnection and noise | Make sure the distance between your device and the headphones is less than 33 feet / 10 meters. Make sure nothing is blocking the signal between your device and your C7 headphones. If the headphones are on but disconnected from the device for longer than 15 minutes, they will turn off automatically to save power. |
Device doesn't find TREBLAB C7 | Make sure the C7 headphones are not paired with any other device, as they can pair only with one device at a time. If C7 are in pairing mode and flash blue/red, but are still not found by your device, please restart your device and the headset. Reset your headphones to factory settings by following the steps in the “RESET TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS” section. Try to pair again. |
I cannot find a wireless driver for on my laptop | Make sure your laptop supports wireless connection. If it doesn't, you will need an external wireless USB adapter compatible with your laptop. For further details, consult your laptop manufacturer. |
SAFETY RULES
- Never disassemble or modify your C7 for any reason. Doing so may cause the device to malfunction or become combustible. Damage to your device can void your manufacturer's warranty.
- Do not charge the headphones when they are wet. Make sure to dry them off before charging.
- Avoid exposing the TREBLAB C7 to extreme temperatures (below 37°F / 3°C or above 112°F / 45°C). Extreme temperatures can deform the components inside the C7, reducing battery life and lifespan.
- Avoid putting the device's LED lights close to the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use your C7 during a thunderstorm. Thunderstorms could cause serious malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.

BATTERY INFORMATION
- Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery.
- Unplug the headphones from the power source when fully charged.
- If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose its charge over time.
- We recommend that you fully charge your headphones twice a month to ensure the battery's integrity.
- Please do not leave the headphones in hot or cold places, such as inside a closed car in the summer or winter, as this will reduce the capacity and life of the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to fire as it may explode.
- Battery may also explode if damaged.
