1. Offer Scope and Validity

These Terms and Conditions govern the offer ("Offer") for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Series ("Device(s)") available to customers who purchase these Devices from the Samsung Online Store. The offer is valid from September 18, 2025, until October 7, 2025, or while stock lasts, whichever comes first ("Validity Period").

2. Gifts with Purchase

This Offer includes the following gifts ("Gift(s)") for every purchased Device:

• Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (1TB): Purchase at the price of 512GB.
• Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (512GB): Purchase at the price of 256GB.
• Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (256GB): Purchase and receive an eVoucher of SAR 300.
• Galaxy Tab S11 (512GB): Purchase at the price of 256GB.
• Galaxy Tab S11 (256GB): Purchase at the price of 128GB.
• Galaxy Tab S11 (128GB): Purchase and receive an eVoucher of SAR 300.

3. Discount on Selected Items

Customers can receive up to a 30% discount on selected item(s) if they add only one item or quantity from the Add On / Multi Buy offer. This applies only to selected Galaxy devices.

4. eVoucher Redemption

The eVoucher of SAR 300 is redeemable only on the same order. Any remaining amount cannot be re-used.

7. Samsung Care+ Terms

8. Promotion Exclusivity

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be subject to delays due to reasons beyond our control.

10. Promotion Communication

In case of promotion communication through any channel or source, the provided promotion or voucher code(s) will be valid only for the specific and defined time and may apply to selected items.

11. Samsung's Right to Modify

Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to terminate or modify the offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.

12. Gift Stock Availability

If a Gift is out of stock, the customer can still proceed with the main item order, and the main item will be fulfilled. No further claims for the Gift(s) will be accepted.

13. Limitation of Liability

Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses, delays, or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute, of whatever nature, directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions, shall be subject to, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
