Important Notes
This product has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. For safe use of the battery, do not disassemble it, do not hit it, do not press it, and do not put it in fire; if it is severely swollen, do not continue to use it; do not place it in a high-temperature environment; do not use the battery after it has been submerged in water.
Do not use it in the shower/bath or sauna, as water droplets will penetrate the casing and cause peripheral components to oxidize. All the above are not included in the scope of warranty.
The product has an IP44 splash protection level, which means it is capable of resisting sweat or water splashes. Do not use the product under the shower, do not submerge or soak it in water or any other liquid.
User Guide
Display
Scroll to zoom in/out the smart menu or change watch faces, tap to enter the main menu.
Bottom Button
Press and hold the button to turn the device on/off; short press the button to turn on the screen when it is off.
Touch Instructions
Tap to enter each function, slide right to exit. On the home screen, slide down to open the status bar, slide up to open the notification center, slide left to open favorite functions, slide right to add favorite functions. Slide right to open the main menu.

Press and hold the main screen to change the watch face.

Hold the watch body, push the band from side to side and remove it to change it.
Charging Instructions
This product uses a magnetic charging connector. Connect the charger to the back of the device, and it will charge automatically. The watch can be charged from a PC's USB port or with a standard 5V charger. A full charge takes 90 minutes.
Attention: Do not simultaneously connect any 2 pins of the magnetic charging cable with a conductive material, as this may cause a short circuit.
Connection
To connect the watch to your phone, first download the application on your phone.
Android/iOS Phone: Scan the QR code (a black and white square pattern with complex internal structures) in a browser or with any scanning application to download. After installation, activate the Bluetooth connection and open the application, confirm notifications and allow all necessary options for the application, then complete your personal information. Tap "Add device", search for "Watch 7" (activate GPS on your smartphone before trying to connect) and tap "Connect".
Notification Settings
Access the application on your phone - "Device" - "Notifications", select the corresponding applications, activate notifications.
What if I don't receive notifications?
- Watch notifications only synchronize phone notifications from the notification center, such as incoming calls, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.; if the phone does not receive notifications in the notification center, then the watch cannot receive them. The phone must be able to receive notifications from the corresponding applications to be able to see them on the watch. Make sure you activate notification permissions in your phone settings.
- If after step (1) you still do not receive notifications, reset the watch to factory settings, enter the phone's Bluetooth settings and check if it is connected to the "Watch 7" device. If so, please disconnect, deactivate the phone's Bluetooth function, then activate it again to reconnect.
- If the above 2 steps cannot solve the notification problem, uninstall the "MActivePro" application and download it again. Remember to accept all permission requests from the application during installation and then reconnect.
Main Features
Call
This device supports Bluetooth calls, and the watch controls the phone to make or receive calls. Tap the Bluetooth call icon in the drop-down menu, in Phone-Settings - Bluetooth search for "Watch Call" and connect to the watch. To reduce power consumption, after the Bluetooth audio device is disconnected because it is out of range, if a reconnection is not made within 3 minutes, this function will automatically turn off and must be turned on manually again. The audio signal for Bluetooth calls can be deactivated, which means the watch cannot make or receive Bluetooth calls, which can extend usage time, and the low power consumption mode is activated by default.
Phonebook
After connecting to the phone application, you can add 10 frequently used contacts to the watch's phonebook.
Language/Time/Date
After establishing the connection, the smart watch's language/date/time will synchronize with that of the mobile phone.
Standby Watch Faces
You have multiple watch faces to choose from, long press the home screen for 3 seconds to change the different watch faces; you can also download new watch faces from the application or customize your photos as background for the watch faces.
Notifications
Synchronization and display of application notifications, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, etc., between the mobile phone and the smart watch. Up to 8 notifications can be displayed on the watch. Please adjust the settings in the application and allow notification display by accepting the necessary permissions on the mobile phone. You can refuse incoming calls via the watch.
Activity Information
Display of training and health data, including steps, distance, calorie consumption. This data will be saved until midnight each day and then reset to 0 for the next day. You can consult previous data in "History".
Physical Activities
Select a sport mode to record your workout. Tap to start the activity, slide right to pause the workout, tap to end the workout.
Health Monitoring Functions
This function records duration, calories, heart rate, and more.
Heart Rate Monitoring Function
When this function is activated, heart rate is measured by the device scanning the skin's surface capillaries with green optical diodes. Please wait approximately 2 seconds to start measurement and recording. Slide to access other menus to stop measurement. Please consult online information about average heart rate, heart rate during exercise for your age group and gender, and/or seek medical advice.

Blood Pressure Function
Place your hands on a flat surface and do not move. When this function is activated, the watch needs approximately 45-50 seconds of measurement and reading to provide a result.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) Function
The device combines an optical heart rate sensor and an ECG sensor to display information about the user's heart function. When this function is activated, the watch needs approximately 30 seconds of measurement and reading to provide a result that can be viewed in the application.

Blood Oxygen Level Function
Blood oxygen level (SP02H) represents the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood. Please consult online information about normal or abnormal blood oxygen levels for your age group and gender, and/or seek medical advice.

Other Functions
Stopwatch Function
Tap to start and pause, tap again to stop.
Remote Control (Music)
Allows activation and control of music playback from the phone via the smart watch (a music playback application must be installed on the phone).
About
Check model number, Bluetooth address, version number.
Reset
Tap to reset all data (to factory values).
Alarm Function
You can set multiple alarms at different times via the phone application.
Activity or Hydration Reminder
In the application, set a time for physical activities and/or a hydration reminder.
Find Phone Function
When the device and phone are connected, the Find Phone function can help you locate your mobile phone. Tap "Find Phone" and locate your phone via the ringtone/sound emitted by the phone.
Wrist Movement Activation
You can "wake up" the watch by moving your wrist. Please set this function in the application.
