Initial Setup
Follow these steps for initial setup:
1. Download the Mobile Client APP
Scan the QR code provided in the manual with your mobile phone to download the V380 Pro mobile client application. It is available on the App Store and Google Play.
2. Prepare the Device
Power on the device. Wait for voice prompts and proceed according to the instructions. The device has a reset button (its position may vary).
3. Network Configuration
You will need to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. The process depends on the voice prompts you hear:
- If you hear "Waiting for WiFi smartlink configuration": Use the WiFi smart link method (Method C) to configure.
- If you hear "Access-Point established": Use AP quick configuration (Method A or B) to configure.
Method A/B: AP Quick Configuration
- Tap "+" in the app, then tap "Next".
- When the device prompts "Access-Point established", tap the corresponding option in the app (e.g., "Access-Point established", MV+ID will be shown, tap to proceed).
- Choose your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and tap "Confirm". The camera will start connecting.
- Once the camera voice prompt says "WiFi connected", it will appear in the device list.
- Set a password for your camera.
Method C: WiFi Smart Link Configuration
When the device prompts "Waiting for WiFi smartlink configuration", use the WiFi smart link feature in the app to connect.
4. Device Sharing
The device can be shared with friends through the app.
International Warranty
Terms and Conditions:
- Panacom warrants the operation of this product to be free from any manufacturing and/or material defect for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase by the user.
- This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of this product, at Panacom's discretion, free of charge within the stipulated term. It does not extend to consequential or incidental damages to other products used with this unit.
- The warranty shall be voided in the following cases:
- Repair or attempted repair by third parties not authorized by the company.
- Performing any type of cut in connection cables, plugs, connectors, or other adapters different from the original ones provided by the company.
- To make this warranty effective, contact the Authorized Service Center of your country. They will carry out the pertinent procedure. You must present the Original Purchase Invoice clearly stating the purchase date, dealer name, and product identification.
- Transportation, freight, stay, and/or insurance expenses, if any, are not covered by this warranty.
