Charging Instructions

Charging the Power Bank

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to your Trusda FLUX 5W Wireless Power Bank via the Type-C port.
  2. Connect the USB charging cable to a power source, such as a wall charger or computer, via the USB-A port.
  3. Charging is confirmed when the LED indicators on the power bank start to flash.
  4. Charge until all 4 LED indicators are illuminated and no longer flashing.

Charging Your Device via Type-C Port

  1. To charge your device, connect using an appropriate cable to the power bank via the Type-C port.
  2. The power bank will automatically recognize it is connected and will begin charging your device.
  3. Ensure your device is on when charging to verify the connection is correct and charging commences.
  4. When charging your device, the white indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate. If the lights are not illuminated, it means the power bank has shut off or needs charging.
  5. Charge/discharge your power bank every 3 months when not in use for long periods of time to ensure the longevity of the power bank battery.

Note: Fast charge output to a mobile device requires the use of a USB Type-C to Type-C cable. Fast charge input also requires a Type-C cable as well as a power source with sufficient power.

Wirelessly Charging Your Device

  1. Place your wirelessly enabled device over the charging area on the back of the power bank, indicated by the circle. Ensure this area on the power bank is free of debris and metal objects.
  2. If your device has MagSafe, it will magnetically align and attach to the power bank itself.
  3. Press the power indicator button on the power bank to commence charging.
  4. Ensure your device is turned on to verify charging has commenced.
  5. Once charging is complete or the device is removed, the power bank will automatically turn off.

Wireless Charging Mobile Devices with Cases

Wireless charging is designed to work with cases up to 3mm in depth. Trusda cannot guarantee that your device will charge if you have attached a case thicker than 3mm on to your mobile device. Please ensure that you remove any cases or covers before wireless charging as they may reduce the charging efficiency. If using a case, Trusda recommends using a MagSafe or compatible with MagSafe case to achieve optimal charging efficiency and to ensure secure and accurate magnetic alignment.

Pass-Through Charging

Your Trusda FLUX 5W Wireless Power Bank is pass-through charging enabled, meaning it can simultaneously wirelessly charge a device while itself is being charged via the Type-C port. As pass-through charging is automatic, please follow the same directions for charging the power bank and wireless charging your device.

Charge Two Devices

Your Trusda FLUX 5W Wireless Power Bank can simultaneously charge two devices via the Type-C port and through wireless power output. To achieve this, follow the same directions for wired and wireless charging.
