IV. X-GPD Archived Changes
- The X-GPD PCL5 Driver is no longer supported.
- The Stringed version of the V3 X-GPD is now “Xerox GPD <PDL> <Driver Version> (ex: Xerox GPD PCL6 V5.617.7.0). The change was made to prevent confusion between the V4 architecture Global Print Driver and the V3 architecture Global Print Driver.
- Windows XP and Windows 2003 Xerox Global Print Driver (XGPD) driver links on Xerox.com will no longer be updated with new drivers. The XGPD Release (v5.469.9) will be available until further notice.
- The following products will only be supported in Basic Mode. They will no longer be listed in the Configuration dropdown (Printer Properties – Administration tab).
