Important Safety Precautions ⚠️

  • Read all instructions before operating the feeder.
  • This appliance is intended for indoor use only.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure the power adapter is unplugged before cleaning.
  • Do not lift the pet feeder by the lid, food tank, or food tray. Lift and carry it using both hands and the base, while keeping the unit in an upright position.
  • This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Check the feeder regularly for any damage.
  • Do not use if the cord or plug is damaged.
  • Ensure the feeder is placed on a stable, level surface.

Main Unit

Setup and Installation

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Assemble:
    • Attach the food tray to the base of the main unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
    • Place the desiccant bag (if included) into the holder inside the lid.
    • Fill the food tank with your pet's dry food. Do not overfill.
    • Securely close the lid.
  3. Power Connection:
    • Connect the power adapter to the feeder's power port.
    • Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
    • The control panel will illuminate, indicating the feeder is powered on.
  4. Battery Backup (Optional): Insert batteries (not included) into the battery compartment for backup power in case of an outage.

Operation

Control Panel

The control panel allows you to manage feeding schedules and settings.

Setting the Clock ⏰

  1. Press and hold the 'Time Set' button until the hour digits flash.
  2. Use the 'Hour' and 'Minute' buttons to set the current hour and minute.
  3. Press 'Time Set' again to confirm the hour.
  4. Use 'Hour' and 'Minute' to set the minutes.
  5. Press 'Time Set' again to confirm the minutes and exit clock setting mode.

Programming Feeding Schedules ?️

You can set up to 4 meals per day.

  1. Press the 'Program' button. The display will show '1' for the first meal.
  2. Use 'Hour' and 'Minute' buttons to set the desired feeding time for Meal 1.
  3. Press 'Program' again to set the portion size for Meal 1. Use 'Hour' and 'Minute' to adjust the portion (e.g., 1-10 portions, where each portion is approximately 5-10g depending on kibble size).
  4. Press 'Program' to move to Meal 2 and repeat the time and portion setting.
  5. Continue for up to 4 meals. Press 'Program' after setting Meal 4 to save all settings.

Manual Feeding ➡️

To dispense a meal immediately:

  1. Press the 'Manual Feed' button.
  2. The feeder will dispense one portion of food.
  3. You can set the number of portions for manual feeding using the 'Program' button before pressing 'Manual Feed' if desired.

Voice Recording ?

Record a personal message to call your pet for meals.

  1. Press and hold the 'Record' button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will turn red.
  2. Speak clearly into the microphone.
  3. Press 'Record' again to stop recording.
  4. To play back your recording, press the 'Play' button.
  5. Your recording will play automatically before each scheduled meal.

Maintenance and Cleaning ?

  • Unplug the feeder before cleaning.
  • Food Tank & Tray: Remove the food tank and tray. Wash them with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling. These parts are typically hand-wash only.
  • Main Unit: Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Ensure no water enters the electronic components.
  • Dispensing Mechanism: Periodically check the dispensing mechanism for any food blockages and clean as needed.
  • Desiccant Bag: Replace the desiccant bag every 2-4 weeks to maintain freshness.
