Safety Precautions
Warnings
- Dispose of all packaging material properly. Some items may be packed in poly bags, which can cause suffocation. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not allow small children to play with the pet feeder, in its vicinity, or around it.
- To reduce the risk of injury, supervise closely if the appliance is used near children.
- Never immerse the base unit in water, as this may damage electronic components such as the control panel.
- Do not put any foreign objects into the pet feeder.
- Do not use outdoors. Regularly check operation to ensure the unit dispenses correctly.
- Do not use wet or moist canned food.
- Do not disassemble the unit except as described in this user manual.
- Do not use the feeder for any purpose other than its intended use.
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning if it is not in use.
- Never pull the power cord to unplug from the socket.
- If the plug of this device gets wet, turn off the electricity to the socket. Do not attempt to unplug.
Maintenance and Care
For the health of your pet, it is recommended to clean the feeder regularly.
Cleaning
Washable parts of the automatic feeder include: the food tank, the food tray, and the lid (without the desiccant bag). Clean by hand washing with cold or warm soapy water.
Disassembling the Food Tank
If there is food inside the tank or chute, press the unlock button several times and then the dispense button to empty it first. Press the buckles on the food tank with your thumbs to detach the tank.
Before reassembly, rinse and let all parts air dry completely.

How to Use
Filling the Feeder
Fill the feeder with dry food. Close the lid until it clicks shut.
Recommended kibble size is from 2 to 10 mm in diameter. Larger kibbles may get stuck in the food outlet.
Assembly
The Automatic Pet Feeder consists of several parts: 1. Desiccant holder, 2. Lid, 3. Lid handle, 4. Buckle, 5. Feeder body, 6. Food dispensing opening, 7. Bowl, 8. Control panel, 9. LCD display, 10. Food tank, 11. Battery compartment, 12. Microphone, 13. Power socket.
To assemble, place the feeder in its desired location. Ensure the food tank is securely in place. Align all parts and push downwards until they click. Before moving the feeder, empty the tank and remove it by pressing the buckle. When lifting the feeder, support it by the base with both hands.
Connecting Power
Connect the 5V power adapter to a wall socket. Plug the other end into the feeder's power socket. Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit and insert 3x alkaline D batteries (not included) for backup power. The LCD display will illuminate, indicating the feeder is powered on.
Inserting Desiccant Bag
Open the lid and insert the desiccant bag into the holder located underneath. It is recommended to use the desiccant bag and replace it regularly, especially if mold appears. Remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the lid.
Setting Time
The control panel features an LCD display showing time, meal number, and portion count. Buttons include: [?] Lock/Unlock, [⬆️] Up, [⬇️] Down, [⚙️] Settings, [?] Record.
Press and hold the [⚙️] Settings button for 3 seconds until the screen unlocks. Press the [⚙️] Settings button again; the clock icon will flash. Use the [⬆️] Up and [⬇️] Down buttons to set the hour. Press [⚙️] Settings again to move to the minutes field and set them similarly.
Setting Meals and Portions
After setting the time, press the [⚙️] Settings button; the LCD will show the current time and the meal number will flash. Use the [⬆️] Up and [⬇️] Down buttons to set the number of meals per day (1-4). Press [⚙️] Settings again; the current meal number will flash, indicating it's ready to set the first meal's time and portion.

After setting the meal number, the current meal number will flash on the LCD display. Meal number 1 flashing means it is ready to set the first meal's time and portion.
Press the [⚙️] Settings button, and the clock icon will flash. Use the [⬆️] Up and [⬇️] Down buttons to set your desired hour. Similarly, set the minutes.
Voice Recording
Press and hold the [?] Record button for 3 seconds until a beep is heard. Record your voice for less than 10 seconds and press the [?] Record button again to save. You will hear 2 beeps indicating it is saved. Press the [?] Record button to check the voice you just recorded. Repeat to change recordings. Recordings are for playback only.
Manual Feeding
When the screen is unlocked, press the [⬇️] Down button to dispense one portion. Press and hold the [⬇️] Down button for 3 seconds to dispense multiple portions consecutively.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
Cannot press any button | If no operation is performed for 15s, the screen will lock. Unlock the screen by pressing and holding the unlock button for 3s. |
Cannot remember meal settings | Unlock the screen, press the settings button, and you will see the displayed meal number. |
Food does not dispense from the feeder | Ensure you are using dry food - kibble size should be between 2 to 10 mm. Check that no foreign objects are present - disassemble the food tank and check the chute. Check that the power adapter is connected. Ensure battery backup is functional if there is a power outage. |
LCD display is off | Check that the power adapter is connected. If the display still does not light up, and the device is properly connected to power, contact the support team at support@petlibro.com. |
Cannot disassemble food tank | Follow instructions in Maintenance. |
Cannot hear voice recordings during feeding | Ensure you have successfully recorded - unlock the screen and press the record button to check. If no sound is heard, you may need to record again. |
Food volume for each portion is not consistent | The portions may vary slightly and do not indicate a faulty device. After about 6 feedings, it should be nearly consistent. |
