The TronTracker is an innovative tracking system for fishing buoys, enabling precise and efficient equipment retrieval. Its integrated tracker and receiver system ensures accurate positioning, enhances safety, and optimizes resource management.
The TronTracker system is fully compliant with CEPT regulations under ECC/Dec (20)02, and operates as an AMRD-B device on 160.900 MHz.
This fishing buoy tracking system is the trusted and compliant alternative to the unauthorized use of maritime AIS tracking devices. Featuring the TA10 Tracker, it operates on the newly allocated 160.900 MHz (Channel 2006) frequency under the AMRD-B specification, ensuring full regulatory compliance and reliable performance.
Ideal for the fishing industry, TronTracker devices are commonly used for surface marking of fishing gear such as gillnets, longlines, crab pots, and Danish seines. The system is also approved for temporary surface marking, provided it does not compromise navigational safety.
The TA10 Tracker features a rechargeable lithium battery for long operations and reliable performance, even in low temperatures. It easily detaches for charging with the dual inductive charger BC10. The RA10 Receiver integrates directly with the vessel's plotter, showing the precise location of deployed fishing gear for easy tracking.
Any vessel with a TronTracker receiver can view fishing gear from other trackers on the same frequency. This fosters better collaboration, information sharing, and promotes reduced waste.

TronTracker APP
The configuration and setup of the TronTracker system are managed through the Jotron TronTracker App. The RA10 Receiver and TA10 Tracker connect seamlessly via Bluetooth technology.
