Getting Started
SIM Card Installation
- Open the SIM tray.
- Press the card ejector tool into the side hole to open the tray.
- Remove the tray and place the Nano SIM card or TF card with the metal side down. Ensure the beveled edge aligns with the slot.
- Insert the tray back into the device following the arrow direction.
Powering On
- The battery is non-removable.
- Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on the device.
Basic Functions
Sending SMS and MMS
SMS:
- Open the SMS application.
- Select 'New message'.
- Enter a phone number or search contacts.
- Select 'Edit message' and enter your text.
- Select 'Send'.
MMS - Video:
- When composing a message, select to add images, videos, or other files. You can also capture a new image or video.
- Select 'Send'.
Changing Language
- Navigate to: Main Menu > Settings > System Settings > Language & input.
- Select 'Language & input' > 'Language' > 'Add language'.
- Choose your desired language. The system will automatically switch to the selected language interface.
- Drag the language icon to the top of the list to set it as primary.
SAR Information
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) compliance information is available. For countries with a SAR limit of 2.0 W/kg (over 10g of tissue), the device complies with RF specifications at a distance of 5 mm from the body. For countries with a SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg (over 1g of tissue), the device complies with RF specifications when used near the ear or at a distance of 10 mm from the body. Triple-Level Protection (IP68)
This product is certified IP68 for dust and water resistance.
- Waterproof Test: The mobile phone can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters deep for 30 minutes.
- Anti-drop Test: The phone can withstand drops from a height of up to 1 meter.
- Pressure Test: Keep the device on a level surface and do not apply force to a single point.
Safety Precautions
- Keep the phone at least 15 cm away from medical implants or pacemakers.
- Do not expose the device to high temperatures, direct sunlight, heaters, microwaves, or ovens. Overheating can cause explosions.
- Disconnect the charger when the battery is fully charged or not charging.
- Do not attempt to replace a non-removable battery yourself.
- Using unapproved power sources, chargers, or batteries may cause fires, explosions, or other hazards.
- Do not disassemble, puncture, immerse in water, or expose the battery to liquids.
- Avoid dropping, crushing, scratching, or puncturing the battery to prevent internal short circuits and overheating.
- The company is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.
- While durable, the device is not indestructible. Avoid impacts, pulling, crushing, puncturing, or bending.

Maintenance
- To ensure safe and effective use and extend the phone's lifespan, understand its maintenance requirements.
- Follow manual instructions for opening the phone and disassembling accessories.
- Avoid dropping, hitting, or shaking the phone, as rough handling can damage the screen, internal circuitry, and delicate structure.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean the phone. Clean the casing with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap.
- Clean the lens (e.g., camera lens) and screen with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- If the device displays abnormal images (e.g., after a shock), perform a forced restart by pressing and holding the power button for over 12 seconds. For phones with removable batteries, remove and reinsert the battery before restarting.
- Unplug the charger when not in use. Avoid prolonged connection of a fully charged battery to the charger, as overcharging can shorten battery life.
