Safety Instructions

Important Safety Precautions

Before using this product, please read the following safety instructions and follow all normal safety precautions.

  • Ensure the power switch is ON before using this product.
  • If the product is not used for a long time, turn off the switch on the right side of the main body.

WARNING

  1. Only a certified technician may disassemble the product. Users are not allowed to disassemble or repair the product.
  2. Only use the adapter provided by the factory. Using other unmatched adapters may cause electric shock, fire, or product damage.
  3. Do not touch the power cord, plug, or adapter when your hands are wet.
  4. Do not allow clothes or any part of your body to be drawn into the product's wheels.
  5. Do not bring this product close to cigarettes, lighters, matches, or any flammables.
  6. If the product needs cleaning, clean it after charging has stopped.
  7. Do not over-bend the power cord or pressure the power cord with heavy or sharp objects.
  8. This product is for indoor use only; do not use it outdoors.
  9. Do not sit on top of this product or attach an object to it.
  10. Do not use this product in wet or moist environments (any environment with liquid).
  11. Before use, clear the floor environment by removing all fragile objects and cords, clothing, papers, drapes, etc., that may get caught in the product.
  12. Do not place this product where it is easy to drop off (e.g., tables, chairs).
  13. Turn off the power switch when you do not need to use this product for a long time.
  14. Before use, check whether the adapter and outlet are properly connected.
  15. To avoid tipping, inform all people in the house when this product is working.
  16. The product may not be able to pass through steps over 10mm.
  17. Use this product in temperatures from -10°C to 40°C and do not place it in a high-temperature environment.
  18. The battery must be removed from the product before it is scrapped.
  19. The product must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.
  20. The battery is to be disposed of safely.

NOTE: This product should not be used by children, mentally challenged people, or individuals lacking related experience and knowledge, unless instructed or supervised by others.

Robot Anatomy

Detailed view of the robot's components:

  • Top View: Features include a Bumper (front edge), CLEAN Button (center top), and Middle Cover.
  • Bottom View: Features include Auto Charging Pins, Left Side Brush, Battery Cover, Left Wheel, Nose Wheel (front center), Right Side Brush, Suck Passage (main vacuum opening), Right Wheel, and Bottom Cover.
  • Dust Bin Assembly: Components include the Primary Filter, Dust Bin, HEPA Filter, and HEPA Filter Frame. The Power Switch is also indicated near the dust bin area.

Charging Home Base and Remote Control

Charging Home Base components:

  • Signal Light: Indicates status.
  • Charge Connecting Points: For robot to dock and charge.
  • Power Supply Socket: For connecting the adapter.

Remote Control layout:

  • Display screen: Shows time and settings.
  • Directional Buttons: Up (▲), Down (▼), Left (◄), Right (►) for navigation and adjustments.
  • CLEAN button: To start/stop cleaning.
  • PLAN button: For scheduling.
  • CLOCK button: For setting the clock.
  • SPOT button: For spot cleaning mode.
  • EDGE button: For edge cleaning mode.
  • HOME button: To send the robot back to the charging base.

Remote Control Operating

  1. "CLEAN" Clean:
    • Press this button to start cleaning in selected mode.
    • Press this button to make the robot stop when it's cleaning.
    • Press this button to exchange from sleeping mode to selected mode.
  2. Directional Buttons:
    • A. "▲" button: Press to increase number in scheduling or clock mode; Press to make robot move forward in selected mode or make robot stop when moving forward.
    • B. "▼" button: Press to decrease number in scheduling or clock mode; Press to make robot move backward for a small step in selected mode.
    • C. "◄" button: Press to exchange from minute to hour in scheduling or clock mode; Press to make robot turn left.
    • D. "►" button: Press to exchange from hour to minute in scheduling or clock mode; Press to make robot turn right.
  3. Plan: Press this button to enter scheduling mode when in selected mode. Press this button to confirm scheduling in scheduling mode.
  4. Clock: Press this button to enter clock mode when in selected mode. Press this button to confirm clock setting in clock mode.
  5. "?" Home: Press this button to return the robot to the charging home base.
  6. "⌂" Edge: Press this button to make the robot clean along walls.
  7. "◎" Spot: Press this button to make the robot start spot cleaning.
  8. 88:88: Shows the scheduling time.
  9. 88:88: Shows the clock time.

Note:

  • Install two AAA / R03 type batteries into the remote control.
  • Remove the batteries if the remote control is not used for a long time.

Product Operating

1. How to get started

1. Place charging home base, plug in adapter, signal light on charging home base will flash.

Note: Place the charging home base against the wall and remove obstacles approximately 1 meter to the sides and 2 meters forward. (Diagram shows a charging base against a wall with 1M clearance on sides and 2M clearance in front).

2. Turn on the Power Switch around power socket, then display panel will flash.

(If no command is received, the robot will enter sleeping mode after 15 seconds.)

Note: A. Always keep the power switch on. If not, the robot will be unable to work. B. If the power switch is turned off, all scheduling will be lost.

Caution: Before charging the robot, please ensure the power switch is turned on, otherwise the robot cannot be charged.

3. Charge the robot in either way:

  • A. Plug into an outlet. (Diagram shows the robot connected directly to a wall outlet via its adapter).
  • B. Press HOME to make the robot return to the charging home base for self-charging. (Diagram shows the robot docked on its charging base).

For better extending battery life:

  • A. Before first use, charge the robot overnight. When charging is finished, the display panel will turn solid.
  • B. In normal use, always store the robot on the charging home base with the base plugged in.
  • C. If the robot is not used for a long time, turn the power switch off, fully charge the robot, and store it in a cool, dry place.

4. Auto charging

The robot will automatically return to the charging home base when its battery is low.

2. Starting up/Pause/Sleeping

Sleeping mode: Robot is not working, lights around the CLEAN button are off, and the power switch is on.

Selected mode: Robot is not working, lights around the CLEAN button flash.

Cleaning mode: Robot is working, lights around the CLEAN button are on.

1. Starting up

  • A. Make sure the power switch is on.
  • B. Press the CLEAN button on the main body or on the remote control to start cleaning.

Note: If the robot is in sleeping mode, press the CLEAN button to wake it up. Then press CLEAN a second time, and the robot will start cleaning automatically.

2. Pause

Press the CLEAN button on the main body or on the remote control to switch the robot from cleaning mode to selected mode.

Note: When the robot is paused, press CLEAN to make it restart cleaning.

3. Sleeping

To turn the robot into sleeping mode from selected mode:

  • A. Keep pressing CLEAN on the main body for 3 seconds.
  • B. The robot will automatically enter sleeping mode if no command is received for 15 seconds.

3. Scheduling

You can schedule the robot to start cleaning at a certain time.

Note: Remember to set the clock time and schedule once the remote control battery is replaced. Once the clock time is set, any scheduling you have set will make the robot work at the scheduled time.

Setting the clock time

  1. Point the remote control towards the robot (ensure the power switch is on).
  2. Press CLOCK and then use the directional buttons to set the correct time.
  3. Press CLOCK to save the setting. To cancel, set the number to "00:00".

Setting a schedule

The robot will always work at the scheduled time unless its power switch is turned off.

  1. Point the remote towards the robot.
  2. Press PLAN and then use the directional buttons to set the schedule.
  3. Press PLAN to save the setting. To cancel, set the number to "00:00".

Note: When you set the clock time or schedule, the final operation will be confirmed by a beep from the robot; if no tone is received, your setting is unsuccessful.

4. Cleaning mode

1. Auto cleaning

The robot will clean a room automatically and adjust its cleaning according to the situation.

Note: Press the CLEAN button on the robot or on the remote control to start auto cleaning.

2. Spot cleaning

Place the robot near a dirty area and press SPOT on the remote control to start spot cleaning.

Note: Spot cleaning will automatically stop after the area is cleaned, and then the robot will return to selected mode.

3. Edge cleaning

Place the robot near the edge (wall) and press EDGE on the remote control to start edge cleaning.

Note: Edge cleaning will automatically stop when the robot cannot detect any edges, or you can manually press CLEAN to stop edge cleaning.

Product Maintaining

1. Cleaning side brushes and cloth

Clean the side brushes and cloth when they get dirty and replace them if damaged.

Note: A. Before replacing side brushes, check and match the “L” and “R” marks on both the side brush and the bottom of the robot. B. Hold the bracket outward from the robot. For installation, align the four feet with the four round holes at the bottom of the robot, press down to complete the installation.

2. Cleaning dust bin and filter

Clean and empty the dust bin after each use. Steps are as follows:

  • A. Remove the dust bin from the robot. (Visual: Robot with dust bin removed)
  • B. Open the dust bin cover. (Visual: Dust bin with cover open)
  • C. Remove the filters from the dust bin. (Visual: Dust bin with filters being removed)
  • D. Empty the dust bin. (Visual: Dust bin being emptied)
  • E. Clean the dust bin. (Visual: Dust bin being rinsed or wiped)
  • F. Clean the filters. (Visual: Filters being cleaned, possibly tapped or brushed)
  • G. Reassemble the filters and dust bin. (Visual: Filters being placed back into the dust bin, and the dust bin being reinserted into the robot)

Note: After taking out the dust bin, check whether there is foreign matter stuck in the suck passage and clean it. Wash the HEPA filter after 15-30 days' use. Replace it after 6 months maximum. Install both the HEPA and primary filters when they are dry. HEPA and primary filters can be replaced if needed.

3. Cleaning cliff sensors and auto charging pins.

Slightly clean the sensor window and auto charging pins with a soft dry cloth.

Note: The charge connecting points on the charging home base also need to be cleaned if dirty.

Trouble Shooting

1. Error code sheet

When the robot encounters some routine troubles, it will remind you by a beep. ● Short tone

Note: If all above solutions do not work, please take the following actions:

  1. Reset the robot by re-turning on the power switch.
  2. If the reset action doesn't work, please send the robot to the seller for repairing.
