Trademark Process
This section details the technical requirements for applying trademarks and labels to VEVOR products, ensuring quality and consistency.
Silk Printing Technology Requirements
Objective: To ensure high-quality silk printing on product surfaces.
- Appearance: No obvious dirt, bottoming, missed printing, blurring/broken lines, uneven printing thickness, misalignment, or scratches.
- Content Accuracy: Printing content, fonts, font sizes, CMYK values (color bars), patterns, and positions must match the sample. Text must not have jagged edges.
- Adhesion Test:
- Degrease the printed area with 99.5% anhydrous alcohol using a pure cotton cloth and let it dry.
- Apply 3M 600 tape to the printed area and rub it with a pencil eraser to ensure good contact.
- Let it sit for (90 ± 30) seconds.
- Grip one end of the tape and quickly pull it off vertically.
- Repeat 5 times in the same location. The printing is considered acceptable if there is no visible peeling.
- Alcohol Resistance Test:
- Wrap a pure cotton cloth soaked in anhydrous alcohol (concentration > 99.5%) around a 500g weight. The test head area is approximately 1 cm².
- Rub the sample surface back and forth for 50 cycles at a speed of 40-60 times/minute with a stroke of about 20mm.
- Result Judgment: Slight wear and fading of fonts are permissible, but the content must remain complete and clearly recognizable.
- Abrasion Resistance Test:
- Use a dedicated Japanese abrasive eraser (Model: LER902K) with a 500g load.
- Rub the sample surface back and forth for 50 cycles at a speed of 40-60 times/minute with a stroke of about 20mm.
- Result Judgment: Slight wear and fading of fonts are permissible, but the content must remain complete and clearly recognizable.
- Environmental Compliance: Must comply with ROHS environmental requirements.
Laser Engraving Technology Requirements
Objective: To ensure high-quality laser engraving on product surfaces.
- Appearance: No obvious dirt, bottoming, missed engraving, blurring/broken lines, burrs, bubbles, scratches, or perforation.
- Content Accuracy: Engraved content, fonts, patterns, and positions must match the sample. Font sizes should be uniform, and text should not have jagged edges or corrosion effects.
- Alcohol Resistance Test:
- Wrap a pure cotton cloth soaked in anhydrous alcohol (concentration > 99.5%) around a 500g weight. The test head area is approximately 1 cm².
- Rub the sample surface back and forth for 50 cycles at a speed of 40-60 times/minute with a stroke of about 20mm.
- Result Judgment: The paint layer should not discolor or peel off the base material.

Manufacturer Self-Inspection for Silk Printing
Common Defects:
- Foreign Matter: Dust or foreign particles on the printed film.
- Bottoming/Show-through: Base color visible due to thin printing.
- Missed Printing: Areas that should be printed are not.
- Blurring/Broken Lines: Uneven line thickness, unclear patterns, disconnected text lines.
- Uneven Thickness: Inconsistent thickness of the printed layer.
- Misalignment: Incorrect printing position.
- Poor Adhesion: Printed coating detaches easily, e.g., with 3M-810 tape.
- Pinholes: Small pinhole-like openings on the surface.
- Scratches/Scuffs: Damage due to poor protection after printing.
- Contamination/Stains: Unwanted colors or dirt on the printed surface.
- Color Difference: Deviation from the standard color swatch.
Self-Inspection Methods:
- Tools & Materials: 3M-600 tape, cotton balls, ethanol, force gauge, soft eraser, cotton swabs, etc.
- Silk Print Rubbing Resistance Test: Apply 3M-600 tape firmly to the printed surface. Hold one end of the tape and pull it away rapidly at a 45-degree angle to the surface. Repeat 3-4 times in the same location. The print is acceptable if intact; reject if it peels off. Additionally, rub with a cotton ball soaked in 95% ethanol with 5-6N force 3 times. No color loss or significant color depth change indicates passing.
- Silk Print Abrasion Resistance Test: Fix the test piece on a force gauge. Rub the printed area back and forth with a soft eraser. The force gauge should be set to (5 ± 1N). One back-and-forth motion counts as one cycle. Test for 950-1000 cycles. Confirm that the brightness and color depth of the printed area do not change after testing, and there is no missing print. This is considered acceptable.
- Ethanol Wipe Test: Wipe the test surface 3-5 times with a cotton swab dipped in 95% ethanol solution. Air dry and observe the print. The surface should show no change in gloss, no sticky feel, and no dissolution. Any of these indicate a serious defect.
Labeling Requirements
This section covers the specifications for product labels, including material, size, color, and quality standards.
Sticker Label Technical Requirements
Material: PET or other environmentally friendly materials, with matte fine frosted film or matte finish, using 3M adhesive.
Sizes: 50*40mm (R3), 40*30mm (R2).
Color: Black, White.
- Appearance: No obvious dirt, damage, or wrinkles. Printing should be free of color loss or fading. Cutting must be neat, with no obvious skewing or burrs.
- Content Accuracy: Printing content, fonts, font sizes, CMYK values (color bars), patterns, and positions must match the sample. No reprinting, misprinting, missed printing, or obvious streaks.
- Printing Content Adhesion Test: Rub the printed surface with a cotton cloth soaked in 75% alcohol with normal force for 15 seconds or 10 back-and-forth wipes. The content must not peel off or fade.
- Sticker Layer Adhesion Test:
- Adhere the target sticker to a clean, smooth surface.
- Apply conventional transparent tape (packing tape) to a corner of the sticker and press firmly.
- Tear the transparent tape upwards at a 45° angle to the sticker.
- Repeat this process 3 times at each corner. The target sticker must not delaminate, be difficult to remove, or peel off.
- Water Resistance: Stickers should have a certain degree of water resistance and should not deform or detach in humid environments.
- High/Low Temperature and Humidity Cycle Test:
- Low Temperature: -20℃ for 3 hours.
- Normal Temperature/Humidity: 20±2℃, 70±3% humidity for 1 hour.
- High Temperature: 80±2℃ for 3 hours.
- Normal Temperature/Humidity: 20±2℃, 70±3% humidity for 1 hour.
- High Humidity/Temp: 50±1℃, 98±2% humidity for 1 hour.
Perform two cycles of the above tests. After testing, check the sample for detachment, bubbling, unevenness, lifting, or cracking. No color change should occur.
- Environmental Compliance: Must comply with ROHS environmental requirements.
