Installation Requirements
- Before using this device, an adapter driver needs to be installed on the host side.

- The host and device are connected through a USB cable.
- This device needs to be fixed with a bracket for installation.
Maintenance Requirements
- If there is dirt on the surface of the touch screen during use, please wipe it with a dust-free cloth dipped in an appropriate amount of alcohol.
- If there is poor display or touch, please do not easily open the back cover to avoid product damage. Please contact the seller for processing.
1 Product Overview
1.1 Product Introduction
This 7-inch touch screen uses the DL165 chip from Display Link as the main chip. The entire device only needs to be connected to the host through a USB data cable to achieve display and control of the secondary screen. It supports multiple systems such as Android, Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.

2 Installation or Configuration
2.1 Driver Download

Individual installer
According to the actual system usage on the host side, the corresponding adapter driver needs to be downloaded from the Display Link official website and installed on the host side before it can be used.
2.2 Installation

Appendix 1 FAQ
- The device does not respond to touch.
By checking if the correct driver is installed on the host side. - The device is not displaying.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Check if the driver is installed correctly.
Step 2: Check if the USB port on the host is damaged.
Step 3: Check if the USB port on the host is 5V1A output.
Step 4: Check if there are cracks or damages on the external screen of the device.
Step 5: Check if the device interface is loose.
Step 6: Check if there is any abnormal noise inside the device.
Appendix 2 Management
- Anti theft Management
Connect the Kenshin Tong lock to the device to prevent theft. - Installation Management
Install and fix by displaying the bottom and back lock holes and brackets.
