Safety Advice
PLEASE READ THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT! PLEASE KEEP THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE!
CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Ensure all parts are undamaged and correctly assembled. Incorrect assembly can lead to injury. Damaged parts can affect safety and function.
CAUTION! Do not leave children unattended. This product is not a climbing frame or toy. Prevent children from climbing on or leaning against the product, as it could become imbalanced and tip over, causing injury or damage.
CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Never assemble the product in strong winds.
- Select a flat, firm piece of land for pitching the tent.
- Sandy surfaces reduce stability. Ensure the ground provides a firm hold for the tent pegs.
- Never force tent pegs into the ground. If necessary, extend guy lines with a loop and reposition the pegs.
- Regularly check all connection points, guy lines, and the firmness of tent pegs in the ground.
- Incorrect assembly order can damage the tent. All liability is excluded in such cases.
CAUTION! DANGER OF POISONING AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY! Do not light fires inside the product and keep it away from heat sources. Fire precaution measures are stated on a label sewn inside the tent; it is advised not to remove this label. Familiarize yourself with local fire protection regulations (e.g., campsite rules).
Ensure ventilation openings (including the outer door) are always open to prevent suffocation.
Keep the exit clear! Do not block the exit with objects.
WARNING! DANGER OF SUFFOCATION! Inadequate ventilation inside the tent poses a risk of suffocation.
Fire Precautions
Camp safely. Follow these common-sense rules:
- Do not place hot appliances near walls, roof, or curtains.
- Always observe the safety instructions for these appliances.
- Never allow children to play near hot appliances.
- Keep exits clear. Do not block exits with objects.
- Be aware of the fire precaution arrangements on site.
Weather and Climate Considerations
When choosing a location, always consider local conditions and how they might change. Will the area become a lake if it rains? Consider rising rivers and tides.
Protect the product from strong winds and storms. Place it in a location sheltered from the wind if possible.
If strong winds are forecast, replace normal tent pegs with special storm pegs. Consult specialist shops for suitable supplementary products.
Dismantle the tent before heavy snowfall or stormy weather.
Remove snow directly from the product to prevent collapse under its weight.
Ensure the tent is not too taut when erected, as it may not adapt to changing weather conditions and could be damaged.
Zips are wear parts and not covered by the guarantee.
The tent's polyester material is water-repellent. It is possible that the tent may not be completely watertight during the first rainfall. However, the tent threads will contract when exposed to water, making the tent watertight after a short time.
When exposed to moisture and rain, tent fabrics expand to varying degrees, requiring guy lines to be adjusted. If the material tightens again while drying, loosen the guy lines in good time.
Do not use insect spray in or on the tent.
Small leaks at the seams can be repaired with seam spray, and impregnation spray can be used for the tent fabric.
Assembly
Ensure the product is assembled/disassembled only by a competent person.
Erecting the Tent
ATTENTION: Poles are under tension and snap into the tent's natural shape. Be careful to avoid injury from the release of tension.
- Remove the rubber band and throw the product into the air away from you.
- Set up the tent with guy lines 2 and pegs 3 (see Fig. H).
Dismantling the Tent
- Watch the tent dismantling information video using the QR-code with a suitable appliance.
- Grasp the center of the upper hoops in one hand and pull the center points of the lower hoops up to them. Start at the rear end of the tent so air can escape completely through the front entrance (see Fig. A-B).
- Hold the tent upright with all 4 hoops in one hand (see Fig. C).
- Push the top of the upper arch towards the ground and roll it into the middle. Push the new hoops down with one hand while the other hand continues to hold the 4 hoops together (see Fig. D-E).
- New hoops will form as you continue to push down. Loosen the grip of the hand holding the 4 hoops together and slide all the arches into each other (see Fig. F).
- Arrange all arches on top of each other and secure them with the rubber band (see Fig. G). You can now pack the tent in its bag.
Cleaning and Care
CAUTION! Never wash the tent in a washing machine, as this may reduce its water-repellent properties.
CAUTION! Never use petrol, solvents, or other cleaning agents, as this may damage the product.
Condensation can form in all synthetic tents; air the tent frequently to counteract this.
- For cleaning and stain removal, use only a cleaning agent specifically designed for polyester tents.
- Remove dirt from the tent 1 with a soft sponge and clean water.
- Allow all parts to dry thoroughly before repacking the tent 1. This prevents mold, odors, and discoloration.
- If a zipper sticks when opening or closing, spray it with silicone spray.
Disposal
The packaging is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of them at local recycling facilities.
