Safety Precautions
Please read these instructions completely before operating the units.
To ensure proper use, thoroughly study these SAFETY PRECAUTIONS before operating the unit. The purpose is to ensure safe and correct use, minimizing risks of serious damage and injury. Precautions are divided into WARNINGS and CAUTIONS.
- WARNING: Improper handling could lead to death or serious injury.
- CAUTION: Improper handling could lead to serious results depending on circumstances.
? Text set off by an exclamation mark requires strict adherence.
After reading, store the manual in an easily accessible place.
Precautions for Installation
WARNING: Installation should be performed only by the dealer or a qualified expert. Attempting self-installation could result in water leakage, refrigerant leakage, electrical shock, or fire.
Precautions for Use
WARNING: All repairs, disassembly, and modifications must be performed by qualified technicians. Attempting these yourself risks fire, malfunction, and injury.
- ⚡ Never splash water directly onto the product or wash with water, as this could cause short-circuiting and electrical leakage.
- ? Never put flammable or volatile substances into the unit, as this could result in explosion and fire.
- ? Do not damage, modify, excessively bend, strain, twist, or bundle the power cord. Placing heavy objects on or squeezing the cord can damage it, potentially causing electrical shock or fire.
- ? Use a dedicated wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or convenience receptacles, as this could lead to overheating, fires, or electrical shock.
- ? Never use flammable spray cans or leave flammable substances near the unit. Sparks from electrical switches can cause explosion and fire.
- The cooler is intended for storage and display of beer and beverages for sale. Do not use for other purposes.
- ⚙️ Never insert fingers, sticks, etc., into the cold air suction outlet. A high-speed circulation fan inside can cause injury, electrical shock, or improper operation.
- ? For indoor use only. Use in locations exposed to rain can result in electrical leakage and electrical shock.
- ? Never place heavy objects or items containing water on top of the unit. Falling objects can cause injury, and spilled water can damage electrical components, leading to leakage.
- Install the unit on a sturdy floor capable of supporting its weight. Improper installation or an unstable floor could cause the unit to tip over, leading to falling shelves and products, and personal injury.
- Store the unit away from rain. Exposure to rain can cause electrical leakage and shock.
- ? If you find gas leakage, do not touch the cooler. Close all gas valves and open doors for ventilation. Gas leakage can cause explosion, fire, and burns.
- ☀️ Place the unit away from hot air sources. Cooling performance will be reduced if placed near heat sources (hot plates, stoves) or exposed to direct sunlight.
- Leave disassembly and disposal to qualified experts.
- ?️ Ensure adequate ventilation. Leave more than 10cm space between the unit and the wall to maintain cooling capacity.
- For temporary storage, ensure doors cannot be fully closed to prevent child entrapment.
- ⚡ In damp locations, install an electrical leakage circuit breaker. If none is installed, electrical shock could result.
- ? Never hang from the door or climb onto the unit. It could tip over, causing damage or injury.
- ? Disconnect the power cord before moving the unit. Ensure the cord is not damaged during transport, as a damaged cord can cause electrical shock or fire.
- ? Grasp the handle when closing the door. Holding elsewhere could pinch fingers.
- ✋ Do not apply excessive force to glass surfaces, as the glass could break and cause injury.
- When disconnecting the power cord, hold the plug body. Pulling the cord can cause wire breakage, overheating, and fire.
- Ensure the unit does not tip over when moved; a falling unit can cause serious injury.
- ? Do not throw items onto shelves or place more than 30kg per shelf. Shelves could fall, causing injury or damage.
- Attach and secure shelves correctly. Improperly attached shelves can fall and cause injury.
How to Use
Before Use
- Remove packaging, tape, etc. Leave doors open for ventilation for a while.
- The unit is cleaned before shipment; clean the interior again after delivery.
- Insert the power supply plug into a dedicated wall outlet.
- Allow the unit to operate for about 1 hour to cool the compartment before loading items.
Wait 5 Minutes or More Before Re-starting
- Restarting the unit immediately after turning it off may cause fuses to blow, activate the circuit-breaker, overload the compressor, or cause other damage.
Temperature Adjustment
See the "digital controller manual" on page 31.
Drain Tray
- Defrosting is automatic; drain water collects in the drain tray.
- Water in the drain tray evaporates automatically. In humid conditions, empty the tray at least once a day.
Efficient Use
- To prevent cold air escape, open and close doors quickly, minimizing open time.
- Install the unit in a well-ventilated location.
Shelf Height Adjustment
Shelf height is adjustable. Arrange shelves according to the dimensions of items to be placed.
Placing Items in the Showcase
This unit uses forced cold air circulation. Obstructed circulation will prevent adequate refrigeration.
- Do not let items obstruct the cold air inlet and suction outlet.
- Ensure items do not protrude from shelves; the gap between shelves and doors is for air circulation.
- Distribute items evenly on all shelves.
- Place goods on shelves, not on the bottom.
Cleaning
WARNING: To prevent electrical shock or injury from the circulation fan, always disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning.
Exterior and Cooler Compartment
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If heavily soiled, use a cloth moistened with detergent, then wipe with a damp cloth.
WARNING: Do not splash water directly onto the cooler or wash it with water. This could result in short-circuiting and electrical shock.
- Clean the cooler regularly.
- Never use polishing powder, soap powder, gasoline, oil, or hot water, as these will damage paint and plastic components. ? [Cleaning Tool]
Checks After Cleaning
- Ensure the power plug is firmly inserted into a dedicated outlet and is not abnormally hot.
- Check the power cord for cracks and damage. Contact the dealer or customer service if any irregularities are found.
Troubleshooting
If the unit shows operating problems, check the following before calling an authorized service agent.
Problems | Possible Causes | Possible Solutions |
---|---|---|
The unit is not operating | Faulty electrical contact Poor electrical power Thermostat set to minimum | Verify electrical connections. Check power connection and outlet. Adjust thermostat to a higher number. |
Not reaching the desired temperature | Unit exposed to direct sunlight. Thermostat not properly adjusted. Door(s) not properly closed Poor product distribution or excess load Clogged condenser Blocked grills E0 or E1 error (electronic controller models) | Relocate to a shaded area. Adjust thermostat to a higher number. Check unit leveling and door seal. Redistribute product load per instructions. Clean condenser. Clean grills. Unplug unit; if error persists, contact technician. |
Excessive noise | Unit not properly leveled. | Level the unit, ensuring all feet contact the floor. |
Water on the floor | Object in contact with appliance (boxes, mops, brushes, etc.). Drain hose outside drain pan. | Keep objects away from the appliance. Place hose in the drain pan. |

Digital Controller Manual
The PJEZ series (models S, Y, C) are electronic microprocessor controllers with LED displays developed for managing refrigerating units, display cabinets, and showcases. They feature NTC probe inputs, digital inputs, and relay outputs. Specific models (PJEZS*, PJEZY*, PJEZC*) are designed for static or ventilated units at different temperature ranges. The controller includes features like temperature setting, defrost control, alarm functions (e.g., E0/E1 for probe errors, open door alarms, temperature alarms), and various parameter settings accessible via buttons. Refer to the full technical documentation for detailed configuration and operation.
