Care Instructions
- Washing: All carbon steel cookware must be washed by hand.
- Seasoning: New cookware requires initial seasoning (rub with oil, heat to 150°C/300°F for one hour, cool, wipe excess oil) repeated three times. Periodic re-seasoning is recommended, especially if corrosion or food stains appear.
- Cleaning: Wash by hand with a brush after use, preferably while warm. Wipe dry carefully.
- Usage: Suitable for all hob types and ovens. Avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes.
