ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro 3D Printer
CREATE THE FUTURE
Born for FAST Printing
Achieve maximum printing speeds of 500mm/s, powered by a 64-bit processor and an excellent motion control algorithm. This ensures accurate calculation of step time for higher motion accuracy.
Visuals show printing speeds: 500mm/s, 250mm/s, and 50mm/s.
Klipper High-Speed Silent Mainboard
Experience lower printing noise and low-decibel operation for a more comfortable printing environment. The mainboard is equipped with a 64-bit 1.5GHz quad-core processor, providing ample computing power. With 8GB of storage, it supports over 400 models, offering convenient and fast storage for an enhanced printing experience. The system runs on ELEGOO OS.
Print Volume
The printer features a print volume of 225mm x 225mm x 265mm, a popular size that meets the needs of a large majority of users.
Diagram shows print volume dimensions: 225mm x 225mm x 265mm.
All Metal Double-Axis Guide Rails
- The X and Y axes utilize all-metal dual-axis guide rails equipped with U-shaped steel wheels.
- This design offers less resistance and more precise motion.
- The components are durable and require less maintenance.

Two Intelligent Independent Heating Areas
The hotbed is divided into two heating areas: 100W and 150W. An intelligent mode, selectable on the slicer software, allows the printer to automatically recognize the model size and heat only the necessary area(s). This feature helps reduce power consumption by efficiently heating the bed according to model dimensions.
Diagram illustrates the two independent heating areas on the hotbed, labeled 100W and 150W.
PEI Magnetic Platform + High Temp Hotbed
The PEI magnetic platform eliminates the need for a spatula, as printed models detach automatically once the bed cools down, improving the user experience. The 250W hotbed can rapidly heat up to 110°C, catering to the temperature requirements of various filament types.
Illustration depicts the PEI magnetic platform and hotbed with heat arrows indicating temperature distribution.
Direct Drive Dual-Gear Extruder
This printer features a newly upgraded, self-developed direct drive dual-gear extruder. It boasts a 5.2 times extrusion ratio, providing greater extrusion force and higher printing accuracy. The extruder supports filaments such as PLA, ABS, TPU, and Nylon. It is also significantly lighter, weighing only 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro's extruder.

300°C High Temp Hotend
The hotend incorporates a copper-titanium all-metal high-temperature throat pipe with a unique air duct design. This design enhances heat dissipation in the throat area, reducing the risk of clogging. The extended nozzle hot end ensures filaments are fully melted and extruded evenly, even during high-speed printing. With a maximum temperature of 300°C, it supports printing with a wider range of filaments, including nylon.
Diagram shows the hotend with airflow indicated, emphasizing the copper-titanium throat pipe.
Powerful Cooling System
The heat dissipation module, combined with smart fan control, ensures comprehensive cooling during printing. An auxiliary heat dissipation module is equipped with four 4020 powerful ball fans for rapid heat dissipation during fast printing. The smart fan control system automatically stops all fans once printing is complete, saving energy, reducing noise, and prolonging fan lifespan.
Two diagrams show the cooling system: one with two side fans (2x4015 ball fan, max 10000r/min) for model cooling, and another with four fans (4x4020 ball fan, max 11000r/min) for auxiliary heat dissipation.
One-click Auto Leveling
The printer features Manual + 2.0 Auto Leveling. A non-contact, high-precision sensor automatically collects data from 121 points (arranged in an 11x11 grid) on the print platform, thereby improving the printing success rate.
Illustration shows the printer head performing auto-leveling with a grid pattern projected onto the print bed.
Filament Detection Sensor & Smart Resume Printing
- A filament detection sensor triggers an alarm and suspends printing automatically in case of breakage or shortage, preventing filament waste and print failures.
- In the event of an accidental power outage, the printing process can resume once power is restored, reducing the likelihood of print failure.
Diagram shows a filament spool with a detection sensor. Another image illustrates two printed models, one partially printed and one complete, demonstrating the resume printing functionality.
Magnetic 4.3-inch Capacitive Screen
The 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen can be operated by hand or fixed on the printer's base, offering greater convenience and flexibility. The interface supports multiple languages, including Simplified Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, German, and Japanese.
Image shows the magnetic 4.3-inch capacitive screen being held, with a language selection menu displayed, listing various languages.
LAN Printing
The printer supports LAN network connectivity, allowing users to remotely control and monitor printing processes through a WEB terminal after establishing a connection.
Illustration shows the printer connected via LAN to a laptop displaying a web terminal interface.
X/Y-Axis Belt Tensioner
The tightness of the X and Y-axis belts can be easily adjusted by tightening a nut, which is beneficial for maintaining printing accuracy, especially after the belt has loosened. Additionally, the Y-axis profile has been widened to ensure more stable motion.
Diagrams show the X-axis and Y-axis belt tensioners, and a visual indicating the widened Y-axis profile.
Z-Axis Double Screw + Double Motor
Compared to single-screw motor setups, the double screw and double motor configuration on the Z-axis allows for smoother operation and more accurate leveling. This results in better print quality and higher precision.

Integrated Design
Featuring a unique profile design and gantry structure, the entire machine is more portable and aesthetically pleasing. Its integrated design also facilitates quick assembly and maintenance, making it easy to start printing.

LED Light
An LED light is positioned beside the nozzle, which can be conveniently turned on and off via the screen. This feature aids in observing the printed model during operation.
Close-up image shows the LED light positioned beside the nozzle, illuminating the print area.
LED Light Panel on the top
An ultra-bright LED light panel is located on the top of the printer. It can be controlled on the screen and is useful for observing the printing model when ambient light is insufficient.
